This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 553 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I struggle with self control a lot and it has got to the point where I almost gave up trying to be self controling. I really like horror, like books and videos but part of me thinks that i should not be watching it. I know that that part of me is right and that having all this negative stuff in my life is not good. But i have no self control i ignore it and gust keep watching/reading about horror, i don't know why i do this and i want to stop. I hate myself because of this. Now after watching this video i know that i need more self control. I am going to pray to god and ask him to help me. Thank you for making this video, it made me realise the importance of self control. God bless you.

Shannon G ~all things are POSSIBLE (Matthew 19:26)... Gxd said nothing about EASY! personally, i've never appreciated anything that came too easy. do it one minute at a time, if that's too long, just do it one breath at a time. for me, i had to find a replacement. i placed a rubber band on my wrist & snapped it (to remind me i'm flexible, i CAN change), thank Gxd for the fruit of Holy Spirit, He put in me (Galatians 5:22-23), then i would substitute a different BUSY activity, to engage my fingers AND my thinking. I really don't remember the last time i watched porn (>5 yrs)! Praying for you Sister, you are NOT ALONE (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12).
hambydandy ~congrats! appropriate substitution... the habit or hangup doesn't matter. by accepting the issue, ownership is obtained & only then can it be successfully dealt with!

Several translations say the fruit of the Spirit is... not the fruits of the Spirit are. Its actually One fruit consisting out of several parts, kinda like a grapevine. The Fruit is love which contains all the other elements. 1Cor.13:4 is similar to Gal.5:22
