WOW 100 on the meter...I've never seen that before. The more I use Xtreme products the more I'm liking them. Their products at least from what I've used are AWESOME! Do you prefer Finale over Perfect Finish?
Yeah my clear coat is virtually nothing and is super soft.. was thinking of getting a polisher and using a very mild cleanser polish to just tidy up and cover a bit rather than try cutting any of the precious clear coat.
Yes, now car manufacturers have been doing apparently better motors with 10 years but really coming short on paint costs. When you go around looking at vehicles that haven't been well cared for, you notice them hazy and almost a walking rust on the road.
What does the “LVR” stand for in Extreme Solutions products. Also, I’ve noticed you’ve been using the rotary more often, even on this soft clear coat. Should we, (weekend warriors), be using a rotary more so than the DA’s? Thx Brian.
I stead of the sonar would ypu swap that put with ACA 500 Xtra cut and then go to the 496? Or a 3D ONE THEN THE 496 or what would be the precursor in the Xyrene lineup that you could use before using the 496?
Thanks Brian for taking the time to do this. Have a Lexus IS that needs just a one step like this nissan. I have Sonax PF and multiple pads. Lake suggested a knitted lambswool. ? Too much? You prefer LVR finale over sonax PF? Thank you!
Sounds like you're taking about that shiny new Mazda paint. Every bug you rub even with the most delicate approach will marr the surface. I haven't had a bug issue on my car since I started using fusso coat. Its nice but I don't really like the product, every couple of weeks a new wax spot presents itself and its near impossible to remove. Had it on since March 2020 and water runs off today more than it did day 1. Starting to wonder if its permanent
I as I get deeper into detailing, it's so interesting to learn very few buyers of cars even care about paint. Along with reliability, cost of maintenance, warranty offered, max content for price and others, I now consider paint type.
I've been curious about the superior product line have you dealt with or used any of those products let me know what you think I would appreciate it thank you
Brian, very informative video on soft clear coats and a finishing product that will add gloss with minimal removal of clearcoat. Will this be the beginning of creating a range of products specifically for soft clear coats, as like the standard polishing products available? Cheers from Down Under.
Excellent video and this finishing polish off going on my Christmas wish list. The detailers who evolve with the paint techniques will be profitable over those who do not evolve. Did this polish have finishers in it?
It is probably 5x the cost but NSP45 works insanely well on ultra soft clears in my experience. It barely has any cut but that's what makes it finish out so nicely. Perk is that you can go right to ceramic coating if that's what you're getting paid for
What would be the best pad/polish combo for a six month old VW black GLI Jetta with no or very little correction needed. Looking for high gloss and no abrasion to the clear coat. Recently bought the G9 on your recommendation and it's fantastic. Thanks. Think I've watched almost every one of your videos and have tried many of your product recommendations. 3D and the Buff and Shine Euro is my favorite.
great video and product review good friend. looks like another awesome product from extreme solutions. they def make some great products. b well good friend
Another must have product on our shelf. Thanks Brian for that one. You said it’s not that long to do all the vehicule but how long it took for you to make that Nissan ? 1 hour ? 2 ?
Hi Brian have been following you closely from Nepal. Thanks for the very informative videos. We work mainly with similar Japanese vehicles. LvR 496 or LVR 403 which would is better?
The manufacturer says we can apply ceramic coating right after without using panel wipe, what do you think about that my good friend? Specially on black cars .
So I have a newer Subaru BRZ and it came with a dealer installed glasscoat. Unfortunately, when they applied it, they washed the vehicle with “their” brushes and/or mitts and the geniuses introduced some lovely swirls. I am interested in removing the glasscoat at some point, as I don’t think it’ll last more than about a year or so on its own. This seems like a product I might try before because I’m not completely certain if they marred it while washing it after they applied the glasscoat, in which I might be able to remove the swirls, or before and locked the marring in so to speak. Has anyone had any luck removing Simoniz, ie should I even remove it? Or should I just continue to kinda mask the damage and perhaps use a gloss enhancing product and continue to protect with a topper as I’ve been doing thus far? Also, the swirling/marring is limited to a select few highly visible spots like the roof and the hood, but it is there. Also, great informative stuff as always Brian. Always look forward to your next one!!
@@apexdetail85 Thanks for taking the time to reply. Annoying how they can damage brand new clearcoat. Needless to say, i DON’T take advantage of their “free” car wash when the car is serviced. Happy Thanksgiving!!
How do you know if your car has a soft clearcoat? I have a 2011 Corvette grand sport in jet stream blue that I take very good care of. It is not a daily driver of the shine I get is very good but if I could increase the overall shine I would like to try that. Would this product help?
@@apexdetail85 Hey Bryan thanks for the reply. I ended up using 3D One and white pad and getting out most of the marks. Applied 303 Graphene coating to get it through the winter months. The truck will come back in the spring for a light buff and full coating. Thanks for all the vids.

@@NipponStiqqyPaint 🤣🤣🤣🤣I have the Gauntlet for my vehicle and another one for me because it is smooth and I am a small guy. This is a definite asset in today's industry. Some companies are giving you half the thickness of a sticky note. Excellent video Brian.
Awesome video! Great to have especially all the thin soft clear out these days! Keep em coming Brian!!!
The more I use the Xtreme products the more I like them. Every one that I have had performed great.
At least the polish companies are giving us something to use on the cheapo clearcoats. Looks like a darn nice polish.
Agreed, XS is coming up with some creative "Solutions", they are more than a detailing product problem solving company.
I see that XTreme products are stepping up to the game to produce great products. Thanx Brian for the info! 😉
They have some decent products. Love 403 and 404.
Nice results and yes those paint readings are just a shocker considering it is a NEW car!

We've seen products hit three digits in testing a few times on the channel. IGL Renew F4 did it, and a couple others..
👍👌✌
Just ordered this. Have to re-coat a portion of the wife’s car. Went with this
I really think you are onto something with this angle of information Brian. Great job!
Awesome video Brian! Gonna be using that finish polish on a new Nissan Altima this weekend. 👊🏻
I love this polish, used it with a white Maxshine pad as well.
This looks like an excellent product. With all of the Toyota’s and Nissans I correct, this may just be what I need. Thanks Brian for the show case.

would be cool to have a compare test with finishing polishes. like You said, it has become a Must on todays paint! thats a pretty good one right there
ya, not too much comparisons out there on highest gloss finishing polishes

Excellent Result. You can see that light halo on the new car, and it cleaned up great!! It’s definitely something I run into all the time.
Wish you had stuck with the rotary at least on the test panel.
But thank you very much for the video and product review
Thanks Brian ✊I was looking at this product and you just made up my mind.Great looking finish 💎
Definitely going on the next order 🤘🏼

For a Lexus...this would suit it much better than Sonax.
What do I use on a 2019 RAM 1500 Bighorn 4x4 with the Black Pearl paint to get rid of all the SWIRL MARKS????
3D one with eurofiber 50/50 pad
Brian I struggle with getting a good wipe off with 3D1 seems like the oils just smear around. Is 496 a nicer wipe down?
Hi, would this be comparable to HS one & done, which I already have? Thank you Brian
Is this suitable for a brand new vehicle with light marring?

So after the ipa wipe which removes the oils. The gloss is enhanced because the clear has been level out?
Yea
Wait.... ipa wipedown after the compound/ polishing stage yea. Not before

Brian nice vid as always, would you chose LVR 496 over 3D ACA 520 ?
Yes, absolutely
What was the make of the white pad please.
Nice work very informative session!
Thanks for an informative video, is there any products available now to actually harden clear coat?
Just coatings....they harden the surface from 3 to 9 on the pencil scale.
What setting did you use on that panel with the rotary, it looked small too like the maxshine m550. Thanks

M205 isn’t the best choice for soft black paint.
Brian, what would be your go to sealant/protectant after this polishing? PolySeal? Thx again.
Poly Seal or Artdeshine Nano Pro sealant
How is this vrs carpro essence?
If you let this product sit for 24 hours doesnt it give a better shine? If so how much different is the shine, is it worth the wait?
This is a what you see is what you get final polish. No protectants. Just use IPA and seal or coat from there.

Wait overnight.
Would something like this on a euro 50/50 or less agressive pads be able to remove entry level coatings ?
Perhaps....maybe a true one step would be better.
