I’m Catholic but I find myself more and more listening to the Rabbi! I love the way Rabbi Jacobson combines spiritual teachings with physical and proves the body is temple of God. Our soul wants to be one with God that’s it’s mission in life. Soulful teaching thank you Rabbi Jacobson!🤩

@alldeeplearning949 All thoughts whatsoever are a figment of your imagination. Just merely the idea that a tree is a tree or waters are waters is a figment of your imagination. Cease all thinking and become aware of reality beyond the scope of your thought and see what's truly real. If you realize this, you'll likely be singing a different tune.

I am 50 tomorrow. I was raised a Methodist but I don’t consider myself religious but rather spiritual. This video explains how I’ve tried to live my life. But to hear someone so intelligent and spiritual say it in these understandable terms has empowered me and rekindled my flame. You are what I aspire to be. Your explanation of “my voice” (what I call it) that speaks to me is comforting. For I know the worst mistakes I’ve made in life is not listening to my inner voice. It has never steered me wrong. To think of it as my soul trying to guide me has given me great comfort and I will continue to counsel friends and family with a renewed purpose. They come to me with issues and now I have a better tool or way to help them. You have given me the words to explain things better. You are an amazing human being ❤

You shouldn´t upset yourself, since you cannot change outside events. As you have experienced yourself, there are wise and good people EVERYWHERE. Change your life for the positive, your surroundings for the positive, that is the way.

I see that Simon Jacobson has an effect on you. I suggest that you look at the following podcast by Rabbi Manis Friedman which may open your eyes: "here what nobody told you about Adam and eve"; "why are we here?? The epic biblical truth"; "a talk to inmates:how to never get angry in jail"; "a warning to all about bad relationship". The purgatory one experience for his sins in the afterworld is the scalding embarrassment of having to face the truth. Much like being forced to watch a film of everything he has done wrong, he will have no choice but to hang his head in shame.

I'm a Christian and raised Catholic. I have attended services in other churches and have read about other religions. That has opened my mind and soul to see that God is EVERYWHERE. I feel comfortable going to any service because I believe God is present in one person or any group of people that prays and welcomes God. God is the God of ALL. And he is in every temple or person that welcomes him. Interesting and eye opening to learn all the different practices. Like learning different languages, it opens your mind and understanding other cultures. We all have the same needs we are ONE RACE , Humans. Let's keep that in mind. LOVE and LIGHT. GOD BLESS.❤

    1. Right Speech 2. Right Thought 3. Right Action...There is a clear common Universal teaching there. The Rabbi is teaching it and the Sakya Muni Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama) teaches it as well. In the end, "Some call it Devekut others call it Bhakti, some don't know it but they get it eventually". The cultural-historical differences need not cause conflict, we should discern a common thread.
One thing is certain, the Rabbi is my cup of tea, what a great Teacher he is. I am grateful. Combining the Spiritual with the pragmatic is the exact reason why I love his teachings. You can apply this stuff to improve yourself and the planet. I'm willing to try.

Barely a foot in the door into this discussion, and it shines a light on perhaps my greatest issues' as have been throughout my life... My primary way of seeing the world is from the soul perspective, what I've always called an immortal perspective... While most people i am surrounded by, seem to have the primary perspective of the body... It seems I've known all along, that i need to bring my life to a place whereas i surround myself with soul based thinkers... The path to that place is closer than the path already traveled...

Do it right first time so don't have to do it again.
Look after the little things, let the big things fall into place.
Pay attention to details and the big picture will appear.

I was focus before in exterior distractions, and I paid the price for my mistakes until after many trials, I learnt to be focus in my inner temple, where my soul abide, and I feel very gratefull to Yeheshua for guiding me in my life and my path to achieve this state of Consciousness where my eyes and my ears are open to His voice, ignoring the distractions bombarding us constatly from the outside.

TRUTH I GUESS THE SOUL AND THE SPIRIT ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS SO WHEN THE SPIRIT LEAVES THE BODY WHAT ELEMENTS IS THE SOUL MADE OF ATOMS , NERONS OR PROTONS AND IF THE SPIRIT IS ENERGY WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRACK THE SPIRIT WITH SUPER COMPUTERS

I love this but I think some people might need to understand more of the benefits of this approach like happiness etc. if they would try it they would understand but some might not unless they could see self gain.

That'a exactly why I would need a Million. 20 years of extreme stress, maybe not worst fate you could imagine, but my accomplishments have been torture too, as I did not get out of working class, I instigated much envy and jealousy, and which was a fruit of hard work almost 24/7, only added to my hardships as my neighwbours and other fellow humans put me some extra. Not much per person, but when you summ all that shite together, it is a mountain of shite. Think of it as water torture, what's little annoying at first is driving you crazy out pain and the most, fear of the next blast. Even if the blast is physically measured as a drop of water, the brains are on total alert mode and that destroys you. You don't know yourself or what do you want, what would make you feel better, what would make me complete again, what would it take for me to be fixed. And as I lost my work as I was not able to sleep, even tho I should have been on sick leave or in reconditioning, I went to work and did my part because there was so much work and so few people as I was not onlyone that experienced problems. I slept two times half an hour too much and went late to work and the thanks for 20 years of hell was that they fired me as my new boss did not trust me and was not able to see all the good sides I had even tho I was a complete wreck.
The production numbers were best of all shifts on my teams part, but the rules said you cannot come late, and as the boss was screwed when there was not enough men, instead of being thankfull that I despite all the hardships and health problems still came to work and did my best. He feared that I could make an error as I was tired. Some of his favourites collided with 7 ton tambour iron on 30 ton roller that was spinning 1200 meters per minute, and the production line was out for a whole week. Another guy lifted too heavy load and entire crane fell on our machine. The line was out for months. I did no such thing, not even close, actually I didn't break anything but was the crane operator when those damages were fixed. But no, the first impression I gave when the new boss came eight years earlier, as I had just got left for another guy, woman I thought was to be the mother of my children had a year long affair behind my back and when I asked what is wrong, she told me that she was depressed. So on top of all my problems, I had an agony about how I could help my girlfriend. I was wanted company at the time and if she had just left as soon as she found the another guy, I would have as I did, three different offers from three good women, but as a honest soul, I did not want to do that to my dear and loved woman tho after 5 years ofcourse it was more of a friendship than the falling in love part like in the beginning. But ofcourse she did dump me only after she had leeched all of my life essence and waited the situation go so tense than no woman would approach me, or actually they did but my selfesteem was so broken that I did not see or believe it could be possible. So even tho I instead of having a new girlfriend as soon as the fire and sparks from the beginning was gone, only went to a relationship in an attempt to get married and have a family. I for example picked from two competing women, the older as I thought she would be more ready to become a parent and that the younger model type of beauty would be shallow and would love only herself. WROOONG! The woman I thought would be more of wife material, was shallow and the younger woman took 10 years after meeting me that she took another guy and bang, marriage and children in less than 2 years. I have done bad decisions and my good decision have been spoiled by jealous people. I really am not a narcistic soul even tho I was diagnosed as one. The thing is that I blame others, BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH! I admit my own part in the way things have gone, but I allways, allways think what other people do, will or would think before taking action.
My brains are in permanent panic mode and the stress levels are so unbearable that my body stopped for example producing testosterone, defuses muscle tissue and adds fat tissue which would eat any testosterone even if I had some. They say narcotics are bad for your health and that is why opioids, benzodiazepines and now even pregabalin are certified as "short term use only". It's funny how the great after war generations did their life work while doctors not just perscribed these "narcotic" medicines but actively pushed them to patients. Me included. I did not get high nor did those medicines cause the deppression but it came from my life circumstances. The more you worked, the more people pushed sticks to my wheels, few times literally. My cars tires were punctured and I got sugar on my gastank and water on my engine oil, it's nice to go get a "new" car that was spoiled by some rich kid that could afford it and not worry about the consequences. God made few miracles like my clutch lasting 5 years as there were springs broken in the clutch pack when I got the car. But as there is free will, God cannot negate the effects of Ill behaviour of another humans. I was literally terrorized, but not by killing me or my relatives but by long lasting pain, physical and mental and allways when I thought that now it would be better, it got worse. You see I am not a pessimist but to this day I have been hoping for a turning point but there is none. Bezos or Musk and many others could blow all my troubles away, or a decent human being at the insurance company when deciding about my income based monthly payments. I have no money to fix my car and I don't have nice clothing. I have food on my table and a bit of extra but my health is in schredds. My teeth are ruined, broken or teared apart as the deppression made me to stop brushing my teeth. At the time it seemed so pointless as I did not feel I would live another month, but I did. Now on all other things my teeth ache so bad I cannot take the brush closer than four inches of my mouth. I am still a positive soul and I wish all the well for people and help people if I can, for example get croseries to my friends sick and old mother. I pray for humanity and for Israel but deep down in me is the clearly visible subconscious wish for it all to end, so deep that I cannot in current situation hit the switch.
If you have any Billionaire contacts. please. I really honestly think that I would have more to give to humanity and would pay it back to the world if not to the donator. Still if I could start a business or have an invention, a divine idea as me as medium, that would make enough profit, I would ofcourse pay it back in full. But I cannot take it as a loan as it would then again start to stress me and mound a pressure about the payment as I have developed the negative subconscious side that allways tells me it will fail, I will fail, all that I do will fail. I did not have it yet 2018 tho I was starting to doubt if I ever gonna be happy. Then the disaster struck and I lost my health and because of that I lost my job. That is the reason I need Million, to prove to my subconsciouness that good things can happen. That I would be able to buy nice things as I have most of my life had to buy used or secundary quality which in long run comes more expensive as you have buy them so often. Same with cars and washing machines etc. I allway were so tight on cash that I could not make the intelligent choise but I had to take what I could afford, knowing beforehand how it would end up. I really cannot change my life as the problem is not mental, but physical. My health is gone and my life savings have gone because of it. I have very high IQ, but the stress and not being able to sleep, ruins that and I cannot use my genius for the good of all, for the kingdom of God coming closer. PLEASE, PLEASE, please help me.

Thank you for a very good explanation of a very important subject. While I can agree with all you have stated, I feel necessitated to add that a guarantee of outcome does not arise. Maybe our own nature even supersedes diligence.?, with kindest regards.

So much wisdom for having 2/3rds of the trinity right. Hahaha. I kid rabbi. I always told my friends who deconstructed and fell back to atheism to not unravel everything all at once. I’ve had my own crisis of religion and dark nights of the soul. But yours is a channel that has encouraged me on several occasions. Very encouraging.

I think this was just what I needed to know, I'm grateful this video was available at the very moment I needed it. I'd like to give you a gift for your knowing. I have a question, can a soul leave a body and return?

Do you mean leave for a brief time and return, or return sometime later? As Jews we believe in the resurrection of the dead in the time of Moshiach.

It seems my soul has been asleep, if I go by what is being said. I don't doubt it, just sayin.
At 60, I am still a work in progress trying to catch up. I told my soul it better step it up. I have been reading the bible and following it more than the church's rules. I am trying to not be a rule follower/a pharisee, but a Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit follower and the rules God laid down, not man. But hard to do when half family don't believe and spouse is more a church rule follower.
The oddest thing: God had me read Levitous a few months ago. I was confused, I kept asking why it is so repetitive and rules we no longer follow. I felt like he was torturing me. After I was all done reading it....Then....he answered and said I wanted you to know it.
Now I look back fondly on it and say why did I complain so much. I thanked Him for answering me and started to reread it. But I got pulled to a different chapter. Guess it went in brain and maybe someday he will pull it out of my brain for some future reference. Cause photographic memory, I do not have.
I feel like I am alone, in the midst of all the people. Thank God I have God! He is my rock and my refuge in Him I trust.
