For anyone curious: @ThormannJustin from the Sonic social media team tweeted “Just want to clarify that there are more than 3 stages in this game. We can't reveal everything.”
Edit: There’s at least 10 main stages (5 zones: two acts) + challenge stages (+ DLC stage), at least 3 bosses, and an open hub world. This is far from Episode Shadow.

Also keep in mind that there are multiple acts per zone so there'll be even more stages.
I think there’s at least two more we don’t know about. Every area we’ve seen so far has some significance to Shadow, whether he remembers or not. With that in mind, I’m imagining at least two more stages featuring Prison Island and the Black Comet.

Shadow's SA2 gliding animation will always be the best to me.
It looked like he was actually moving quickly.
His gliding animation now just looks like he's taking a calm still in the park.
There's no action or energy in it.
Hard agree. Shadow's Top Speed Animation in SA2 looked like he was fighting every second in Maria's memory. Told an urgent, energetic story of its own

Yeah they’ve been doing that a lot as of recently. I get it’s important to Shadow’s character, but it just feels unexpected.

The weird thing is, Sonic 06 actually has some really good level design in the Sonic stages. It's just, y'know, it controls like ass and is programmed like ass.

I know three are revealed. But I think there will be more stages, at least 2 or 3.
@@YourMidTierLava-zk2rk My prediction is that there will be at least two levels per each game that Shadow is prominently featured in; i.e. 2 levels from SA2, 2 from Heroes, 2 from Shadow the Hedgehog, and 2 from Sonic '06, bringing it to a total of 8 levels for the campaign. Plus, there is the additional dlc level if you pre-order the digital deluxe edition, so my prediction is that the final level count will be 9, which is exactly the same length as base Generations.

@@KyndlingStoneCB I know it doesn't look like it'll happen since we did see the Terminal Station towards the end but wish we get a set piece again of getting fired out of the cannon and grabbing items while being blasted. There are cannons all over the background and up close but since they're using Rail Canyon I'm guessing this is Shadow's own version of the G.U.N truck chase since the previous trailer showed a glimpse of Shadow being chased by the Armoured Train.
@@KyndlingStoneCB Not the same zone. They have different gimmicks and osts. Rail Canyon focuses on grinding. Bullet Station has the trains.
I really hope all of sonic team, past and present, knows how grateful we are for *all* of the games they've put out

This is so cool, Shadow is just the COOLEST character arround, this is why he is my favorite character in any form of media ever.
To this day I'm still surprised Kingdom Valley wasn't in the original Sonic Generations.

It is kinda funny seeing Sonic get the destroyed city level and Shadow get the more natural, peaceful level, when it’s normally the other way around
What I think is funny is that Crisis City is from a ruined future that no longer exists, so it's weird that it's even here. At least Kingdom Valley would still be around, since it's existence isn't tied to Solaris.

I would love to see a Sonic Adventure 1&2 remastered
The thing I’ll always love about adventure 2 was how badass and serious it looked. This new one is cool but looks more “cutesy” and cartoon like. I get sonic is animated but it’s just missing that edginess that the old one had. It’s one of my fav games. That’s just my opinion tho.
The editing on this was CLEAN those transitions tho.

Glad more Sonic 06 stuff is added from the artwork with Silver and Elise, the Knuckles show adding Iblis, and now Kingdom Valley returning complete with the eagle 🦅. Will they explain the eagle 🦅? Also Sonic 06 deserves an official remaster.
