Every Christian suppose to read the bible every day. It is not only the responsibility of the bishop but every parent must know the scripture and teach catechism to his / her children. Everybody is accountable to God.
It is your own responsibility to teach your children about Jesus .the church and it's facilities can give their support..do not blame,but be thank ful for any support you are receiving.moreovar you are the part of the church too.
