Studying for my A+ as part of a degree and your explanations are SO much better than the course instructions. Really helpful and super clear and easy to understand. Thanks!
Hey... From one stranger to another... How did you get on with your A+ exam? I can your text says you wrote this 2 years ago.
@@waynezahra9213 I want to know as well
I know that this video is older but it was explained thoroughly and it's value is priceless for me. I just wanted to say thank you for it's education and that it helped me understand a great deal!
Go to HP support and you will not find a clear explanation of the back of a desktop. The user guide shows no good pictures either. This is a great video, thank you for making it!!
Great video! I am currently shopping for PC parts and It would probably help me to better understand what the ports do to know if I am doing anything wrong. Keep it up!
0 dislikes, that tells you a lot! Top notch content, very informative and not 10 minutes straight rambling about. Keep the good stuff ;)
Thanks for your video. I knew most of this stuff but I learned a few new things(like what the wifi ports were for).
awesome content, patiently waiting for more...
My goal is 2-4 a month...it's been slipping recently lol but I have like 4 halfway done
Great video and easy to understand, thank you.
Awesome! Love it. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this tutorial!

I love your explanation you helped me I didn't know that much
Great job, Thank you so much for your hard work. Thank you.
Excellent. Can you do a video to explain thuderbold 3 and 4 in relation to usb-c and how these terms are used in relation to docking stations?
Great video, really helpful
thank you so much, this helped out alot
Thank you this was so help full
Also, if you only have hdmi ports on a monitor and need more ports but 1 hdmi and several display port on the graphics card you can get display port to hdmi adapter cables.
You r a good guy. I am proud to be your viewer
Then there's RS-232 serial ports.
Thanks bro.
I remember, when old keyboards used those old ports.
Does the black and/or orange audio ports work as well for speakers? Not surround sound.
Thank You!!!
can you please provide a link for the cord you used for the antenna port for the wifi??
i have another section of mini displayports, so should i connect to dp or mini dp ?? i want maximum output??
Very informative and entertaining video! What gpu do you have btw just curious
In the description he says that it is a Zotac GTX 1070 Ti.
@@william247 ahh thank you I'm a bit oblivious lmao
1070 Ti for now, unable to get a 3080 right now, but that will be my next upgrade.

What is that little symbol at the 1:06 mark
It looks like a little devil's pitchfork.
What is that symbol mean please
Thanks. Keith
Useful!
I appreciate you very much
how does this not have more views
I did post it only mere hours ago....but true why has this not hit 1M yet???? Crazy.
what about 9 pin and 25 pin serial ports often used to sample data into the computer?
Thanks
spdif can be used for mini disc recorder
what if my ROG STRIX Z790 A GAMING WIFI II motherboard only has a line in & line out port as well as optical which one would I plug my speakers into?
Some monitors need 2 cables lol
Okay exactly what i was looking for, will a pcie 1x work on a pcie16x. Answer : YES
OMG are you that famous streamer?!
Nice
probably dumb to ask but at 2:00, I have a wireless headset (G733) that uses this type of usb. I can't plug that USB in one of the slots?
That's fine. USB 3.0/3.1 is backwards with 2.0 (if that's what your USB adapter uses).
What if you've a gaming mouse such as, Logitech G500s. The mouse has onboard memory to store profiles. Is USB2 still sufficient?
Yes, plenty sufficient.
Great 👍
Can you make a video on different between Rgb and Argb
I have a keyboard that's disconnect like 2-3 times a day, I already tried all ports, do u think its a keyboard pcb or wire issue?
Likely the keyboard
You didn't mention 20 pin 2.54 spacing. I can't even find a way to plug it in. It comes from a cassette 5 1/4 bay.
11.1 k subscribes.
Lol a fancy number
Making a post at 11,111 thanks for the reminder :)
Nooooo!!!! I missed it!

i have a weird "port" on side of my laptop (its from 2015) and it has chain symbol can someone tell what is this?
Why not u build a pc u explain very well
Question: Can you use a monitor for two systems; the monitor has two HDMI and dvi ports, it also has 3.5mm audio jack. Monitor has built-in speakers both for HDMI and if using 3.5mm audio jack with DVI. One system ---- using this monitor ---- DVI + 3.5mm audio jack
Other system ----using the above monitor as secondary display for movies--- connected via HDMI. I don't turn both systems on at the same time. Though I can switch between the inputs via control panel on monitor, but I rather just use one system at a time.
Is it okay to share that monitor? Both systems have their own monitors, it's just that one monitor has built-in speakers.
Yup! You can even have both systems powered on if you would like, totally up to you. Some monitors will even auto-detect which port is getting signal and switch for you whenever you turn one of the systems on.
@@MaxsTech Great! Thank you so much. Also, please make a video on how to correctly configure monitor driver/colour profile. Windows doesn't do a good job at it. The profiles switch, and then my system fan starts running high. :(
As always, i Do really hate display port...
So hard to find one
Unlike HDMI cables ....they're everywhere and still succs in some reasons
nice
Hi!
Can I plug a VGA monitor to a D-Sub port?
Dsub is a generic term for any port that has that “D” shape but if you see it labeled on a video port it’s likely a vga port. So yes :)
@@MaxsTech THANK YOUUUUUU 🙌⚡
Am I the only one here who's real good with computers and still watching this?
You are me are here cos we want to make sure that we have nothing new to know. Lol
What's the difference of the regular ethernet port and one that says 2.5g?
2.5 indicates that port runs at 2.5 gigabit. The others may be slower at 1 gigabit or less.
@@MaxsTech thanks
Mine has a red usb port to
