You mention many times that in our conversation with an expired listing, we are to say let me show you how I do things differently to find the right buyer for your home so my question would be for my knowledge as a realtor how are you finding the right buyers for your properties besides the MLS besides open houses
So what do you do if you pitch the additional questions at the prequal and the 2nd time they still say no or I don't think so? Do you just say that maybe now is not a good time to meet? Maybe you answered that already in the video but I paused to ask this question so I don't forget it.
I think they're afraid because most of the agents don't receive the proper training from their brokers. Those who want to succeed however must invest in themselves through videos like these and PRACTICE!

Jarred, no and it doesn't need to be done for every one. I prospected every day and asked everyone that I spoke with if they knew anyone who wanted to buy or sell anywhere in my county. I explained to the seller how cross selling works and how it benefits them. That is also part of my listing presentation, not covered in this video.

You have to keep asking questions to understand why not, what are their objections and concerns.
