Ingredients:
6 oz preserved mustard green
3/4 lb ground pork
1 box soft tofu
3 cloves of garlic
1 big chunk of ginger
1 scallion
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mushroom dark soy sauce
3-4 cups of water
cornstarch slurry (1tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water)

3 瓣 蒜頭
1 大塊 薑
1 棵 蔥
1/2 湯匙 糖
1 茶匙 蠔油
1/2 湯匙 生抽

3-4 杯 清水
粟粉水 (1茶匙 粟粉 + 2 茶匙 清水)
