If the gun is on safety will the action not cock back. I took mine apart and cleaned it and reassembled it. Tried cocking the action and it wouldn’t with the safety on. I didn’t remember it having to be off to cock it as it is my son’s gun. Also is there a rubber o ring on the piston.

As long as you press the release, the action should go back. Safety on or not.

Barrel on mine won't come out I've tried everything

Try to play with the position of the bolt while pulling and twisting the barrel.

same issue with mine. here's Tristar's solution..."Go ahead and remove the mag cap and forearm. Take the bolt and pull it back and let it go, slamming into the barrel. Repeat this method until the barrel keeps moving out and forward. The barrel will eventually move out of its stuck position and then you can remove it completely. Clean everything up and then reinstall the barrel. It will get easier to uninstall the more the barrel is put on and taken off."
