Actually latency compensation is to adjust playback to the latency of the plugins used. It ‘adds’ latency to any tracks that don’t have (as much) plugins, to align them with the tracks that ‘do’ have many plugins. If there’s not many plugins in use, this will do very little. If there are many plugins in use, this will ‘add’ latency. In short: latency compensation is ‘not’ a low-latency mode. For lowest latency turn it ‘off’, and turn off any plugins that aren’t absolutely necessary.
@@EliteGlobal1782 Low-latency mode is something different to latency compensation, which is what I was talking about. Low-latency mode is a setting that gets every plugin to use the least amount of latency possible while still producing an effect. This makes it possible to play real-time, but lowers the quality of the effect. It’s a trade-off between quality and speed.
@@Qwitsoender yup, that's what I mean bro, activating latency makes autotune lack its effect and that's very lacking for me. I prefer to turn off latency for good autotune quality. so when recording I'm willing to turn off all effects on the mixer track because the pc is not strong enough. maybe with a god spec pc it will be able to run without turning off all effects.
@@EliteGlobal1782 Yeah, and I’m just confirming that this is normal behaviour. That’s exactly what low-latency mode is supposed to do. The solution is indeed a faster PC, and maybe also look for autotune-plugins that are meant for real-time use.
Very helpful. What do you do to fix midi controller latency?

I unchecked automatic and it worked
This right here
But aren't they supposed to be checked

same trick i use , wkwwkwkwk
bro, but why when using low latency the autotune sound is not so good compared to when not activating low latency? I feel so much difference

Thanks Key

thanks maannn
I need it
I have noise when connect mic to recording, that noise not from rooms or external noise. It's from fixed hiss noise this around 5k to 6k
If your recording on a laptop while charging it , that could be one issue
its because your gain stage is wrong there should be no hiss. or its from analog plugins
I have an issue if you can please help. When I look for an input it’s not showing me my input device it’s only showing left and right or both options.
I installed auto efx but it’s not popping up in my plugins on fl studio please help
Can u make a video how to grid your Hooks on a beat
