What great enthusiasm Jimmy has in every video! Thank you for your lessons and explanations very helpful. You are a Superhero and a myth for all Wset students! Hoping to meet you for a class or for a glass!
First of all thanks a lot for the incredible material. Just a quick question to clarify regarding the question of Menetou Salon. Is it even there any produced using Semilion? I thought there was no Semilion used at all in there and in the area in general. Thanks a lot once more for all those incredibly useful videos and great content!
Jimmy, In your slide on Sauvignion Blanc you state that blending, MLF, Lees aging, and use of oak are not common in the Loire yet the final question in the video notes all of those would be used to improve quality. Is this a contradiction ?

Many thanks! No semillon allowed in the AOC - but perhaps there some vineyards there. But I don't know for sure
@@WineWithJimmy thanks a lot for clarifying.
I was a bit confused when in the answer one was blending with Semilion that's why I asked!
hi jimmy~~ do we have any video about Greece? thank you!
Not yet - it's not an important section for the L3, and is lower down the list of priorities
thank you so much
You're welcome!
Hell yeah

Nop. When you are premium knowing the rules, you can break it to be unique
Why not Reuilly, red wines are good
You're right - some lovely wines, however it's not important to the WSET L3 syllabus
