    This was very helpful, especially as we are in tax season. I have read the time management book but maybe it’s time to reread it. Working towards being a better small business owner.

    Hi Jessy, sorry for asking this question off the topic. I live in NJ as well would you recommend any insurance companies here for the small homestead. Also thank you for the all info you share with us 😊

      Hi Nigora, this is actually a difficult question for me to answer because insurance companies typically operate "micro regionally" meaning one zip code could look very different than another in terms of deals/rates. That being said, I haven't bought any insurance not related to the market because I don't really have people coming onto my property outside of pick up! Sorry I cant be of more help here :(
