Hi Tiffany. Love your cooking videos and Fella is so precious. I buy the inexpensive cuts of beef, when I can afford it. My favorite Chinese cooking videos say to make your meat tender, slice thin AGAINST the grain, use the WHITE of one egg, use about a teaspoon of CORNSTARCH, use your fingers to mix well into the meat. Let sit about 15 min.(in fridge) sometimes I will only let it sit until I slice whatever veggies I will use. I use different sauces for the flavor I want that day. I'll mix garlic powder, a little hoisen sauce with a little oyster sauce. When I want spicy I use Panda Express Schezwan sauce. But for the meat tenderness I always use the method above, it's always worked for me. Plus you can use it for beef, chicken , pork.

I do love Lo Mein noodles and I know where to find them but using the spaghetti ones is still tasty. My boyfriend would love this! I make a lot of Asian dishes🥰 a little ginger and sesame oil Siracha gives a nice taste chili crisps 🥰 they even sell lemon grass in a tube and ginger in the produce section perfect for dishes like this❤️
As an Asian, when I see lo mein with spaghetti noodles….noooo LOL😂 …espec since the proper noodles can be found at Kroger, Walmart, etc… Btw if you freeze the meat for a short time, it’s easier to slice the meat super thin! Regardless…did look yummy 😋
Be careful of this next storm there saying maybe more of close to you more of Ga. make sure you get a portable changer and foods you don't need to cook but be careful

Tip: To silken and soften the beef, sprinkle some baking soda and mix with the meat , let it sit for maybe 15-20 minutes. You'll see the difference.
