hey there, adenomyosis can appear in different forms. Inhomogeneous myometrium & tiny cysts at endo-myo junction are common. later, bulky & disproportionate myometrium may develop.

Adenomyosis can be bilateral, that is, it can be into the anterior and posterior myometrium ??
