Hi. Adenomyosis is a common condition in women in their 40's but we do see it in younger women in association with endometriosis, congenital uterine anomalies and outflow obstruction eg post endometrial ablation. There are more videos on the website gynaecologyultrasound.com/ Best wishes :)
