Just started to apply tape to my cabinets. Wow, what a difference. Went with light blue for Galaga, Kelley green for Rampage and blue for the 12 in 1. What a great idea!
Nice to see a link to bat tops for a better price than the $10 a piece I was finding before. Ordered 3 green for Rampage, and a red and blue for SFII. Also ordered green tape for Rampage (that looks sick!), and gray tape for SFII. We'll see. Digging a lot of the Arcade Graphix stuff, but it's a little too pricey to justify replacing perfectly good panels. Would've been nice to upgrade to some of them for a discount when ordering whole cabinets. The Joust sides and Gauntlet marquee are probably the biggest draws for me, but I also dig the Rampage marquee that's already on the cab. I don't know how I feel about having multiple game graphics on one cab yet, though. There's beauty in a unified theme. Probably gonna add a green led strip light to the back of the Rampage cab to kick up the green theme. The blue strip light looks real nice on SFII. The MK graphics look pretty sweet, but I'll get my fix when the whole cabinet comes out. MK, MKII, MK3, and MK4 all on one kickplate? Is that prescient? Looking forward to more Arcade Graphix options. I suspect the next batch of Arcade1up cabs may have a build-your-own cab feature. Can't wait!
Dude you are killing it I got green bat tops for my rampage as well and that green tape is awsome I’m going to do that as well thanks for all the great info keep it coming
I really appreciate your video’s, and this one is no different! Just ordered the green tape for my Rampage machine from Amazon, and the control bats from eBay! Great recommendations friend, thank you!!! 👍👍👍

I put the gray vinyl tape T-molding on my SFII cab. I like it! The only problem so far is the curved molding beside the kickplate; the tape keeps coming off. Probably gonna apply a little adhesive of some kind there. The colored bat tops look great! Finally gave in and ordered the Rampage kickplate from Arcade Graphix. Pretty sure I'm gonna mod that cab with a Pi for 3+ player games only. Diggin' the Tron kit! Wonder when pre-orders for the next batch of cabs is gonna show up? I'm so itchin' for Mortal Kombat! My cabs have been a smashing success for the holidays. Everyone between the ages of 1 and 55, that have seen 'em in action, have not been able to help but smile. I took my Pandora's Box 6 SFII cab to our big Christmas Eve-astravaganza and elevated the whole scene. Got shit for not bringing the Rampage cab, though, since oddly enough, PB6's 1300 games don't include the 4 on the Rampage cab. So much fun! Worth... every... penny. Cooltoy, Entertaining video as always! I just wish I could mod mine with a plexiglass overlay, but Arcade1up still hasn't sent me one. In fact, I still haven't received any of the replacement parts they said they would send me. I'm starting now on week 9 of my wait. What really stinks is I trusted Arcade1up as a company when they said they would take care of me and to not take my cabinet back to the store. Now my store return window has expired and I no longer have that option. I'm under the mercy of the wait that never ends. Two weeks ago, on December 3rd, I reached out to Arcade1up again since their 6 week deadline to get me my replacement parts had expired and I still had nothing sent to me. I was put into contact with the Lead QA guy at the company and he let me know that they were getting in a shipment of parts that week. He said the parts needed to go through an inspection first, but I would receive mine the following week. This meant I should receive them no later than 12/15/18. In addition to that, in a sly move, Arcade1up customer support then emailed me with a changed, BRAND NEW projected deadline, which upped their original promised 6 weeks to get parts, now to 8 weeks. Well, suffice it to say, 12/15/18 came and went and I still had no parts. What made me more frustrated is I never got an email or anything letting me know of any potential delays. On 12/16/18, yesterday, I reached out to Arcade1up again. The head of the QA department replied to my email, letting me know of a new delay where the shipment they received was put in the wrong box and I would need to wait some more as he needed to email another department and again request parts sent to me. And to make matters worse, I was given no ETA on when that might happen. I have no idea at this point if I'm even going to get replacement parts. This has been a disaster. I think Arcade1up came out too soon for it's own good. Their inconsistent build quality and their woefully inadequate customer support (even now) is putting a tarnish on their reputation. After watching a myriad of TH-cam videos on their cabinets, you either win, or you lose. It's like playing Roulette. I actually hope Arcade1up gets some competition with another company taking a crack at these tiny licensed arcades. I believe that part of the reason for the “cloudy plexiglass complaints” are because the plastic covering, in some cases, had to be scraped away...hard - before it could be peeled away. So with no visual indication that the panel was covered - folks were perplexed.
I made a video about it a few weeks back. It was a Costco exclusive, but then the deal fell through with Costco and it was removed from the stores. In all they only sold it for a few days. Arcade1up said they will be releasing that machine with a new retailer in 2019
Dude you are a rockstar! I bought my first one last night. It wasn't that bad putting it together. If you have put together IKEA before you will do just fine with this.
@David Hill thanks man, I really love how simplistic these things are to work with. Really makes these machines so much more user friendly than other comparable products.
Haha I installed it cloudy without peeling the sticker. I was like why is this so cloudy. Thank you for showing this to me! Now I can install it right.
Thanks for the links! Ordered the green tape and bat tops for my Rampage cabinet! It's going to look awesome! Love the channel! Keep them cool videos coming bro!
Cool video Cool Toy! This will give some folks a few ideas for customizing their cabinets that may not be following the Facebook page. One question, is the tape you're using on the t molding staying adhered ? Some are saying, on the curves under the control panel, it starts to pull away. Just wondering!
So far I have had no issues with it pulling away from the t molding. Either way, the roll from amazon came with enough tape for me to do numerous cabinets if I wanted. So if need be I can just redo it.
0:59 "You gotta peel the sticker" .... Now I feel dumb. hahaha. I didnt noticed the sticker AT ALL. I even flat out refused to put these on the machine ( as Im not experiencing any paint chip so far in 3 months of use). I might give it another try without the sticker. hahaha thanks for the heads up.
I guess the Arcade Graphix stuff is understandably priced as stand-alone items. The cost really becomes a problem when considering disposing of the existing panel it would be replacing. I suppose that wouldn't be as much an issue if one intended to swap graphics around from time to time. Hmm...
the arcade graphix arent a necessity by any means, but they do give everyone out there a chance to customize their desired artwork on these machines. Which to me is a huge win.
COOLTOY.....in all seriousness thanks for the great informative videos. But especially thanks for the view at the 2:36 mark. Sorry. I can’t help myself.
@Jorge Osorio it really makes these cabinets shine. Plus the tape comes in all sorts of colors, so there are tons of different options people can go with.

Did you notice on the website that they have a Mortal Kombat machine kick plate design it has all the games on the machine. The machine will have MK1, 2, 3 and 4!! You could let the public know about this?
@Michael L The kick plate design is just a design, Arcade Graphix has no connection with Arcade1Up and their design does not mean those are the game that will be included on the Arcade1Up cabinet. There was a prototype mock up image that Arcade1Up floated to game licensors during their initial meetings that had those games listed, so this is why Arcade Graphix made a similar kick plate design.
Hi CoolToy, I received my plexiglass cover in the mail and pulled some plastic off but it was still cloudy. I looked pretty good at it looking for a place to peel some more off because I felt like it shouldnt look so cloudy! But i cant find where to peel from! Was it really stuck on or something?!!!
Yes, it took me a little bit to get the edges started, but both sides definitely have the protective film that will need peeled off before putting your protector on. Try a finger nail file or thumb tack on the edge to get the corners peeled back.
The tape idea is awesome thanks for sharing. Two fast ways to mod for gaming in these cabs are adding a nvidea shield or adding a matricom g box it takes 2 minutes to set up and you can add mame and other emulators apps using google play. Can also hook up Alexa to turn the machine off and on using voice commands. I went with using a g box for a set up. I found it easier to use than the Raspberry pi version.
@@cooltoy lol yeah totally understand. I came across some translucent bat tops for joystics the light up well with the buttons too from what I have seen. Here is a link. www.arcadeworlduk.com/products/awuk-translucent-crystal-bat-top-joystick-handle.html
Had issues with the form on arcade 1 up keeps giving me an error message I have resized my jpeg of my reciept many times but still wont work. I guess I am just cursed with dealing with that company lol. I am going to get another cabinet from either craigslist or a yardsale eventually though so I will be modding out a few more in the future.
Oh yea and that graphix link is awesome it has exactly what I want for my cabinet artwork 🤘 getting one mortal kombat set one Rampage set and some Street fighter stuff too.
Hi I just purchased some green tape but it looks nothing like yours it’s to dark I ordered Kelly green and I think I got emerald green what color specifically is the tape you used from your amazon link?
I ordered Kelly green as well. You might want to reach out to the seller and see if they maybe sent you the wrong one, or if they perhaps mislabeled their product in the warehouse.
Yeah I'm gonna just return it for Kelly Green I did my street fighter and galaga cabinet in blue and it's awsome thanks for the great content keep it comming I'm going to be watching your channel closely come January for new cabinet announcements
We haven't seen any of the stock that has the plexi included yet, but I'd imagine that since it's something that could be installed prior to the buttons, etc that it'll sit under the buttons in the newer versions.
When I got my SF2 overlay I only peeled the top layer. lol Was ready to make my own overlay when the Arcade 1up Facebook group told me there is 2 side to peel off, doh!
@Leo Freihofer I've seen quite a few people on the Facebook group with the same concern, looks like its a pretty common thought for most at first glance.
The acrlyc is a little rough on you leaning on it when playing any good ideas for like putting molding around it or softing it up a bit maybe i need to sand it
Hey cooltoy guy! Seeing how this video is well over a year since I found it how is the tape holding up? Might order some if yours has still held up. Thanks!!!
oasis supernova still holding strong. The key is to not over stretch the tape when applying it. It you pull it too tight when laying the tape down it will cause it to lift up and come off
@@cooltoy Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply. A lot of people on their Amazon account were complaining about it peeling and shrinking, but after reading the comments on this video and seeing all the people that can pull protective covers off of plexi glass and putting dust covers under the plexi glass I should have known that people were applying the tape wrong. LMFAO. Thanks again. Love the videos. 👍👍
Filled out the form and included my email. Did I miss something? Also noted in the description about my Galaga cab and put a purchase date there as well.
COOLTOY I purchased the same tape and it looks and feels great, but there is a little lifting at the curves. I trimmed three cabinets and they all have a little peeling. Nothing major, but its obvious the adhesive isn't very good. When trimming the curves I was very careful to not stretch the tape so it wouldn't lift, but it didn't help. It's minimal, not a big deal. But man do my cabinets look good! 😎
I really want one of those panels my SFII machine started to fade a couple weeks after getting it, haven't played it since for fear of damaging it more. Unfortunately I live in Australia and there doesn't seem to be any real support for us here. I've hit them up on twitter so fingers crossed....
You need to hit up hunterproducts in australia I live in australia too and I just emailed them and they sent me the overlay in a couple days even. Good service.
@COOLTOY From a facebook post: [referred from Atariage] Somebody posted this on Facebook after supposedly contacting Customer Service: "Just got off the phone with customer service checking on parts I had ordered and was told 2 things. New Policy, replacement parts will come with a shipping label. Place all bad parts into box replacements came in and return all bad parts via the UPS label provided. If old parts are not returned any New Replacement Parts will not be issued until the bad ones are received. When I made the comment about cant wait until CES for new game announcements. He said yeah people are going to love it. Said he couldn't reveal titles but they have 27 new games for 2019. Plus the cocktail cabinets coming in fall 2019." later -1
I ended up buying 3 SF2 cabinets from a guy for $175 each. The downside, it was a cash transaction. He said he bought them from Walmart’s palette rejects. (Boxes were damaged, interiors were flawless.) but my issues is that I can’t get the button overlays without a receipt. Any suggestions on how to get some button overlays?
I bought the street fighter cabin after I saw your review, got the plastic protective cover thanks to the other one and now I realized about the paper on the protective cover because of this video xD thanks man! Btw did they fixed the issue of Gauntlet freezing on a level on your cabin?
@Jay Gonzalez I'm glad to hear you found the videos helpful, yes the company did get me fixed up. They sent me a replacement PCB board to put in my Rampage cabinet and now the Gauntlet level glitch is no more!
Look what happened to me.. I was playing 1st ball got loose it when to my bathroom hole where the waters go.. I lost that all I had.to buy a ball from Ebay to replace it...that was bad
The same way arcade operators and machine owners have been doing it for decades. Use a washcloth to protect the shaft of the joystick and then use a pair of pliers or vice grips to stop the shaft from spinning and then twist the topper on tightly.
I was hoping they would make the cabinets taller. The riser pads are decent but not tall enough for a lot players like myself. Would be nice if the button layout should was not so close to each other. Lit up marquee would have been awesome. Novelty lit up coin doors could have cool too. Better yet, have more games built in like the snes classic. All this of coarse would be way too expensive, turning it into a 1000$ or more cabinet. Perhaps up grades should be available.
It would be a matter of creating a custom image for the Raspberry Pi to use, though the difficult part would be finding an LCD monitor of the marquee proportions.
I just got mine for the Centipede cabinet and the holes are off. Not just one direction, some are too far right and some are too far left. Had to wiggle it to get it to fit over all the buttons, may need to use a spindle sander to expand some of the cutouts a little to make it fit flat better.
Or call, I did the same thing no response but when I called, it only took 2 weeks when they said 4 weeks to 6 weeks so it's pretty good customer service, you don't usually see companies devote this much into customer service
@@smokedoutfarmer I didn't even think to call them, I just checked their website first. But that's cool you got yours so fast! Mine unfortunately isn't here yet, on week 3 day 4...no end in sight 😂

So I tried the email way to see about sending me a new board to fix a problem I have ... said they would reply 1 to 2 business days well going on 2 weeks now ...love the games just zero luck on support ...for me anyways
It took me a few days as well to get someone to email me back, luckily patience has paid off and they got me squared away with new parts in relatively short order.
@@billybumgarner8692 If you're in no big rush, email is fine. I thought they had forgotten about my Rampage overlay, but a package showed up a week or so ago with an overlay AND a new entire control deck (now a spare). the arcade graphix arent a necessity by any means, but they do give everyone out there a chance to customize their desired artwork on these machines. Which to me is a huge win.
Great decoration on the arcades..
@Kurrono Kei I love these simple easy mods!
Thank you for all the tips and tricks to trick out our arcade1 up arcade machine. gonna get some bat top and tape for my rampage machine
@j2cc4 I'm always happy to help, these few little tweaks are very inexpensive and really make these cabinets look great!
@@cooltoy that's why I love your channel.
Gorgeous!!! The 1up machine looks nice also.
😂well played
COOLTOY.....in all seriousness thanks for the great informative videos. But especially thanks for the view at the 2:36 mark. Sorry. I can’t help myself.
Nice! I like the green tape for the rampage cab you did. Gotta order me some now
@Jorge Osorio it really makes these cabinets shine. Plus the tape comes in all sorts of colors, so there are tons of different options people can go with.
Maybe with some modifications and these graphics we can turn the Asteroids cabinet into the very nice looking asteroids deluxe graphic.
@Mario Pirchala I'd say that is very likely, the folks at Arcade Graphix have been coming out with new designs at a very rapid pace.
I would suggest that you make sure you have two people for the Arcade Graphix kickplate application.
I've moved my PacMan cab into the living room it looks so nice!
Yea, you only get one shot with these stickers, so the more eyes on installing them the better.
Great ideas! They look really good
It's amazing what a little tape can do.
Hey man I got the decals for my machine any advice on applying them they seem large compared to the sides
they have installing videos on their website that will walk you through the process arcadegraphix.com/videos/
Thanks man your the best !
Crazy good vid man, Thanks for the info.
Glad you liked it, I'm always happy to help out.
I'm hoping someone will make a video on how to upgrade the joysticks and buttons, "without" moding the whole cab into a jamma, Pandora or retro pie.
on pac man
joystick has 4 micro switches, 2 wires each micro switch, splice wire safely, and replace stick and attach micro switch wires.

Michael McCracken they’re all standard buttons and sticks, so you could buy any replacements and just swap them out..
Ok thanks. I got alittle excited when I seen that image.
omg GREAT video man! i'll be looking into doing these mods for my SF2 Cabinet
!
I'm glad you liked the video, these mods really make these cabinets pop!
Any recommendations for led buttons? Vinyl tape turned out awesome! Thanks again!
Great video dude!
@Stan's Arcade thanks Stan!
These look nice especially the Rampage. I also tried getting SF cabinet from Best Buy last night but sold out
@Mario Pirchala fingers crossed for you man, hopefully you can find one, I love the SF cabinet.
Great Vid! sharing on my facebook page :)
@ArcadeUSA thank you for helping get the word out!
green trim looks hot! good job
@Herb Bot thanks! It's super cost effective too!
Hi CoolToy,
I received my plexiglass cover in the mail and pulled some plastic off but it was still cloudy.
COOLTOY THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS IS THE BEST NEWS TODAY!!!
Rampage cabinet looks great man. Awesomeness
It's amazing what the little details can do to the overall look of these!
Will this mean the clear panels will be part of the package and not an option or accessory after the March deadline
yes, the 2019 released cabinets will come with the overlays packaged inside standard.
@David Oswald Alexa is starting to get on that Skynet level, I'm starting to get concerned 😂
The centipede cabinet is marked down to $249.00 at Walmart
it sure is, it's a great deal just in time for Christmas.
Just subscribed. Plan on purchasing the Mortal Kombat cabinet and hope to upgrade with all your suggestions. Def keep this type of content coming!
Looks great!!
Thanks Andres!
One thing that is annoying to me is the overlay is bigger than the buttons are they fixing that in future ones? That may be a dealbreaker for me
We haven't seen any of the stock that has the plexi included yet, but I'd imagine that since it's something that could be installed prior to the buttons, etc that it'll sit under the buttons in the newer versions.
That tape made such a big difference
Nice videos, keep up the good work..
Thank you!
The acrlyc is a little rough on you leaning on it when playing any good ideas for like putting molding around it or softing it up a bit maybe i need to sand it
Awesome video bro! 👍👍👍
Can't *
Nice work!!
thank you!
I can't find where to order the plastic top overlay. Where is it at on the website?
www.arcade1upstore.com is where you need to go
@@cooltoy yeah I went there but I don't know what to click on to find it.
Emailed them about the overlay Thursday night and haven’t heard anything yet. How long did it take for a response?
@Kyle Lucky did you email them, or just fill out the online form?
Filled out the form and included my email. Did I miss something? Also noted in the description about my Galaga cab and put a purchase date there as well.
YOUR THE MAN COOLTOY!!!!!!!
@Michael McCracken thanks Michael, I'm happy to help when and where I can. I love these simple easy mods.
How well is the tape holding up?
Ultimo D so far so good, nothing is lifting or peeling
I've hit them up on twitter so fingers crossed....
if you don't get anything out of the twitter contact. I would suggest reaching out to Harold Chizick on facebook.
@@cooltoy Awesome will do, thanks mate.
You need to hit up hunterproducts in australia I live in australia too and I just emailed them and they sent me the overlay in a couple days even. Good service.
Stay tuned. Next video....how to wipe your ass lol
It's going to be a 4 part series, really groundbreaking stuff!

From a facebook post: [referred from Atariage]
Somebody posted this on Facebook after supposedly contacting Customer Service:
"Just got off the phone with customer service checking on parts I had ordered and was told 2 things.
Plus the cocktail cabinets coming in fall 2019."

Any suggestions on how to get some button overlays?
you may try calling the customer service team instead of using the online form and explaining your situation
It doesn't ask for a receipt on the online submission form.
richelsd At the time of my post, it did require one. But after Christmas they dropped the requirement. I have since ordered my cover.
jordan castleton crazy that they would take down the receipt part. Now guys are getting them and selling on eBay.
I want a rampage machine now
@Ross Phillips it's a super fun cabinet!
Hey where can I get the tape at? I have all the Arcade1up cabbys.
@Lieutenant Orion the link is in the video description box.
Do u recommend the tape? Honest opinion.
Im not sure how to get my protector i live in Australia :(
Hey, couldn't tell....did you put the tape in the riser too???
Yes I did
I bought the street fighter cabin after I saw your review, got the plastic protective cover thanks to the other one and now I realized about the paper on the protective cover because of this video xD thanks man!
So is the cover panel going to be standard and included in future cabinets?
Ratboy 367 yes, all of next year’s releases will have the overlays included standard
How do u keep the ball top from getting loose?
Larry Garcia plumbers tape works well
Thread Locker works really well, can get it at any hardware store
Eric Graves awesome thank u guys.
Awesome!!
@DARK JEDI 101 I love these simple easy mods!
They could have made these arcade cabinets a hundred times better. Nothing is perfect, so I guess it’s better than nothin. Thx for the upload.
what exactly would you have liked to see them do differently?
I was hoping they would make the cabinets taller. The riser pads are decent but not tall enough for a lot players like myself. Would be nice if the button layout should was not so close to each other. Lit up marquee would have been awesome. Novelty lit up coin doors could have cool too. Better yet, have more games built in like the snes classic. All this of coarse would be way too expensive, turning it into a 1000$ or more cabinet. Perhaps up grades should be available.
Forgot to mention better quality joy stick and buttons with non ball tips for fighting games like mortal Kombat.
How would you use a raspberry pi to create a cumstom marquee with interchangeable images? I want to use a monitor as a display marquee
Are you wanting to keep the marquee the same size dimensions as the stock one that comes on these machines?
COOLTOY yes sir
It would be a matter of creating a custom image for the Raspberry Pi to use, though the difficult part would be finding an LCD monitor of the marquee proportions.
COOLTOY thank you. These are the delemmas i face BUT it will be done
COOLTOY check this out!

The replacement artwork doesn't line up
Ross Phillips from arcade graphix? I’ve seen numerous folks be satisfied with their orders thus far, and this is the first I’ve heard of this.
They sent me new artwork that is stuck to plastic, it's perfect now thanks Arcade 1up best customer service! Great videos Cooltoy
Ordered the Pac-Man deck protector on November 26 got December 15 it has stress Marks in the plastic 😠
At least you received something it's been 6 weeks for me still no deck protector for my pac-man machine!!
I just got mine for the Centipede cabinet and the holes are off. Not just one direction, some are too far right and some are too far left. Had to wiggle it to get it to fit over all the buttons, may need to use a spindle sander to expand some of the cutouts a little to make it fit flat better.
I email them about Pacman and Street Fighter marquees Arcade Graphic didn't response.
Yeah you have to just go to their website now, theirs a specific link to click on to redeem it.
@@brendensmith4286 haha I hope you get it soon, I completely understand the waiting pain especially when you just get it haha, but so far haven't had any problems with any of the others
@Jane Smitherson if you are on facebook I can give you the name of the guy who runs Arcade Graphix and maybe you can contact him directly about the marquees. Let me know
Walmart now has these cabinets for $200 !!! as of 12/17/18
not online, so far only Asteroids is that price online. In store pricing varies store to store.
I think the cheapest you can get these in the UK is £300 or so.. Much cheaper in the US, if i get one I'll wait for a sale or clearance tbh.
My player 2 wont work on street fighter what can this be?
karl knowles likely a loose connection on the wiring harness. My player 2 start button didn’t work at first, I took it apart and reconnected the wiring and I worked like a charm afterwards
I wish I knew this before I super glued all the nobs on........
@Smokedoutfarmer Gaming grab a wrench, you should be able to get those tops off even with the super glue.
@@cooltoy NEVER! YOU CANT MAKE ME DO WORK HAHA, no I kid I kid, I was actually thinking about that, I might get those make the paint last longer be a smart investment haha
Yup, or lock pliers to hold the joystick shaft in place, and hand twist the ball tops off with force.
But how would you play defender with the bat tops? I think if I get bat tops I will still need to swap if I wanna play defender
defender is a flat out pain to play on this machine due the the middle joystick being in the way.
@@cooltoy yeah, it's a pain. But I'm managing to get by. But with a bat top it'll be harder I think
Thank for all of the information. I am trying to go through them for a overlay but I’m having trouble doing it via iPhone. P.S watch the pac man arcade 1up gameplay, my 6 year old is playing it on that video and is actually good. Thank you
Anytime man, I'm happy to help. That's very cool that your kid was in the video! The Pac-man cabinet truly is a thing of beauty.
I was able to finally get my desk protector ordered. I thought I would be able to get it done thru my iPhone but it didn’t work. So I did it on my cpu and it went thru. Thanks for the advise
I can't wait till I save enough money for the Pac-Man one :) #childhoodmemories our hockey arena use to have one back in the day
Damnit, I was a doofus 🤦♂️
So I tried the email way to see about sending me a new board to fix a problem I have ... said they would reply 1 to 2 business days well going on 2 weeks now ...love the games just zero luck on support ...for me anyways
It took me a few days as well to get someone to email me back, luckily patience has paid off and they got me squared away with new parts in relatively short order.
I figure they are loaded with thousands of email so hopefully will hear from them sooner or later
@@billybumgarner8692 If you're in no big rush, email is fine. I thought they had forgotten about my Rampage overlay, but a package showed up a week or so ago with an overlay AND a new entire control deck (now a spare). So, as long as you have a case number, I wouldn't worry. If you're in a rush, I'd call them directly. I did that for my SFII overlay, and it showed up in a few weeks (probably why I got two of them. One email request, and one phone request. No complaints with A1up. They're killin' as far as I'm concerned.
