If you get paper items that are musty, get the little cloth packets of charcoal.
I know Amazon has them. I get a lot of vintage paper, and some of it smells so
I put the packets in a trash bag with the smelly stuff, and it works very well.
Sometimes, you have to leave it for a couple of weeks or more, but they
come out pretty good. Love your awesome finds! Take care and be safe.

Well they say third time is the charm.I'm happy the people are nice enough to trust you in their home, very special. Your dolls are not creepy. I was given one almost like the one that cry.was my step grandmother's was given to her by my dad ,it has to be over 70yrs old I never played with it,was in very good condition. After I had daughters they found her.I finally rescued her with only he shoes and her dress were some where.her slip and socks remain. She cries up till a few years ago. But I love her she reminds me of a time when my dad was young and the love he had for his step mother. His mother died when he was a baby Oct 1918.what you rescue always brings me back to times and good memories. Thank you for that.

The biggest one is 1920s, by the hairdo. The large baby (Mama doll) is 1940s. The littlest is early 1950s, a drink & wet doll. They has rubber bodies that as you can see were unstable and were affected by heat. -------- "Luck be a lady" was sung by Frank Sinatra when it was popular. I seem to remember it was from the movie Guys & Dolls.

Hi Renee, I think that glass bottle should have a pointed stopper. The brass matchbox holder looks to be a real antique so I wouldn't over-clean it, the trophy cup could be a candle holder and the way your luck has been with munitions you might want to see if it was made from an old shell casing. The wall light looks old enough to have been converted from gas or a candle light. Another great haul.

These go back to the very late teens...that's "19"....! Those bags do keep on giving! Some neat finds...that brass piece is a match box holder.

The gold gilt ashtray with matchbox holder is a great piece with good value $50-$100, maybe more with that theme. Since it doesn’t have cigarette holder indentations, that leads me to believe it may have been for pipes, especially since wooden match sticks were a better way to light a pipe. The man with the horn may be some Alpine theme? Pipe related items usually bring more. In research use pipe ashtray, matchbox holder, in description. I think it is a very unique and valuable piece. Great score!

Gail Cathey my house sure had one! We’ve gotten rid of a lot of records but that one keeps making the cut and sticking around.

It was Frankie Valli who was with The Four Seasons. Frankie Laine was older, and you would know him as the singer of "Raw Hide." Loved them both.

@@patricialenaburg6553 You are correct, Patricia. Big difference. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons were the Best. Frankie Laine was a whole other genre...more light jazz and specialty songs.

What cool treasures (except for the dolls 😖)!! Love the Ivory ad ❤️ the weight lifting posters were neat!! So glad we get to see another house clean out one bag or box at a time...

Hey Renee. 😀. Awesome video as always. I would have paid anything to have seen YOU inside that house!! I bet you were like a kid in a candy store (respectful of course) but 100% in your element!! I still say that says A LOT about you that the owners let you go inside and pick from their memories!!! They knew right away after talking to you that “you were good people”. Lol. I actually loved the dolls. Each one of them is beautiful in its own way (just like people). Will you keep one of the dolls with your “less than fortunate stuffed animals?”😍. Oh one more thing- I agree with the person who said the noises you always fuss about.... well we really don’t hear them. But inDO LOVE when you and that crow fight for airtime. Lol. Your videos are always so much fun!!! Please keep sharing 💕

I want to know why there is always between10-20 dislikes on these videos. What possibly is there to dislike?? Keep up the great vid's Renee. Always a pleasure to watch.

It's TH-cam... people would and do dislike videos of cute puppies, so a dislike on my videos is the norm.

@@PaperandMoose I think it was Jeremy Hales who pointed out (and LAUGHED at the Dislike button people ) by pointing out that the dislikes are good too because the TH-cam algorithm does not distinguish a difference. Hit the button Up or Down.. counts the same. It counts it as watched. So Dislike is NOT really bad by TH-cam.

Those baby dolls were once loved by some little person. They don't scare me. :)
