Don’t cook the life out of leeks until slimy, they cook quickly. What’s a sweet leek? We had a greengrocer business..never heard of them! Old fashioned leeks are what they’re called!
Has anyone actually baked this pie or reheated turkey? Because I have had bad experiences with reheating turkey. The taste changes, it gets such a bad aftertaste, I know straight away that the meat is reheted.
What about all your left over staff that lost there jobs as your restaurants pasta was so bad they all lost there jobs but you open up other restaurants abroad? Try and cook pasta properly first
I've made this pie few times and is just gorgeous. The liquor/gravey is a must. My family love it and few of them are excellent chefs
Thank you for this my family and I enjoyed this pie more than we did christmas dinner. We had clean plates all round.

Jamie. Please can you start a petition to reduce the price of olive oil, I used to use it all the time but now can't afford to.
The price of the oil is based on growing it, producing it, transporting it. A petition isn't going to do anything. Work more or don't use it
Unfortunately, climate change has adversely affected the olive harvest .
