Hi Ben - great to see you visit Wellesbourne. I'm about 9 hours into my PPL and did the exact same circuit, overhead join and runway 18 R yesterday! Showed the kids as well and they loved it. As ever, Liverpool ATC were great. Hope you will be back some day! All the best and thanks. Steven.

Great vid, nice to see Wellesbourne from the air. My late father passed through 22 OTU there in 1944, and eventually also flew with Westair (usually in good old G-BBJX) for a short while in the late 1970's / early 80's.

Excellent video and flight Ben. Watching your videos has inspired me to take up flying and am now learning. Just one question. The Liverpool and Manchester control zones, looking at my flight chart, have a narrow corridor between them. Just wandered why that isn’t used. Am just keen to learn and understand. Thanks in advance.
Wellesbourne Airfield is friendly and Avro Vulcan XM655 is one of three remaining taxiable Vulcans
