I did enjoy it though I did struggle in parts to understand what you were saying simply because my Australian ear isn't used to your strong French? accent, such as @11:48 - @11:56 My ear heard a series of sounds but failed to identify words. It was quite strange and not something I've experienced before (I am almost entirely deaf in my left ear though my right has very good hearing, it may have played a part). BTW, I tried the subtitles but they had similar difficulty in understanding ie USB DUCK Lmao 😆🤔 I have subscribed anyway as I did enjoy such a thorough review. EDIT repeated listening did improve my compression though possibly due to knowing what words to expect.
I will try to speak a bit slower and clearer for newer videos. Happy to have you here!

Hiby R3 ii because it has obnboard microsd reader, DAP function, less compromise of the signal

@@joshdaz2074 If I recall correctly, the DAC function on R3ii is not as great, but if BTR5 wires vs R3II, the sound is very similar.

It should help!
If you can find your headphones sensitivity and impedance, it should give you a rough idea on how much power they need and then compare to the specs of the DAC itself.
Mine’s battery is a little on the weak side: 4-5 hours on balanced mode…

@@AudiophileHeaven High Gain and volume at about 30-40 (never full send). I tried to lower the gain (my Denons AHD7200 don't need that much juice anyway), will update on results.
Is the Bluetooth better than the btr5 please ?
If you had problems with BTR5, then BTR15 will be similar, I would try to look into a better bluetooth source, as those are the receivers and the phone sending the signal typically would be weaker than either

why did they release this a very similar product to BTR5?
Minor improvbements in sound and tech here and there. It is very similar, but worthg considering if you're in 2024, better connectors, slightly better firmware, etc.
Nah, I was this close to buying it, but the battery life is a dealbreaker for me. Only up to 8 hours? That's way too short, especially since I listen to music on high volume for like 2-3 hours every day. I'd have to charge it every other day, and the 2-hour charging time is just not gonna cut it.
Well, to gie an example, I bought a charger with multiple ports, and I would live BTR15 up to charge together with my phone ever other day. I don't know of any device with a much longer battery life though, so let's hope that with the new Carbon based batteries, this will improve
@@AudiophileHeaven Yeah, even on Qudelix 5K, from what i have read has similar battery life. I hope for the next iteration they would make significant improvements on the battery.
