Two great speed horses ruined the chances of Bellamy Road over a decade ago. He went with them and had nothing left for the finish. If those two speedballs had not been in that race…Bellamy Road probably would have won that year.

We'll see how he does without Baffert's magical performance enhancing drugs. Baffert is a good cheater -- NOT a good trainer. Look up interviews of the jocks that ride for him. They all say his horses are "different" -- don't get tired when other horses normally would. He's had multiple substance/drug violations. Ran a lot of great horses into the ground to build a name for himself.

@@kg-xt4hg well as far as I can see he did not stay in his proper right lead coming up the stretch...he switched back to his Left lead... there was a problem when he switched to his right lead at the head of the Stretch that was not a smooth transition so something may be wrong in the right front or he may have screwed his balls up behind switching leads being not very experienced and you know they spent a lot of money for that horse so I'm sure they didn't push him too fast he's a pretty large horse for what's underneath him....
