      Hi there, I just discovered you on youtube a few weeks ago and have been practicing every day since. I have scoliosis and Qigong was recommended by my Osteopathic doctor and so far has been helping tremendously! Thank you and I look forward to more videos to come🙏

    Hi, this is my eleventh week following the routines, as I'm a couple of weeks behind. Thank you for doing and sharing these wonderful sessions. As usual, the way you present the session made me feel more reassured and happy, starting right from "Good morning, dear everyone." Someday, I hope maybe I can visit the monastery - I grew up in California, but now live in the UK. I look forward very much to the next couple of practices in the 13-week plan, and send warmest wishes from chilly Northwest Europe.

    Thank you ❤️. I felt opening up and releasing tensions during the Phoenix movement. It's easy to learn, yet effective. 🙂
    Also found the courage to quit my job (where I was underpaid and got yelled at) and start a new job in 2023. 😃 Mindful practice and qigong help me to make decisions with less fear. 😊
