I deeply believe our bodies can heal, it’s Divine right actions and Divine timing. I remember my friend’s father who is a heart surgeon once said casually that 90% of his patients don’t need what they are told but then who is going to pay my home and yacht ??!! I was shock yet not. So sad. Exit this evil matrix asap!!!

Every one is a healer, every body can heal if it is his destination. Often it is impertinent to purify from false programmations, entities, believes and be open for the healing process.

I am a bee keeper, young in the art. There are bees, called “warmer “ bees, that sit in a cell and vibrate their wing muscles. This produces warmth to help the baby bees (brood) grow . Goddess/God has told me to BE. To just be me. Not to do anything, except what brings joy. That a ripple would come out and accomplish healing of others without my intentions or doing of anything, but existing. I cried when I heard your words. You understand this much . The rest I wait to see. There are many time lines and dimensions and all are infused with, and in the Divine. I’m told I’m dying by doctors. But I know LOVE . I wait to see which one I travel to, seeing the Healed Earth I love so much! Much love, and thank you for being real and down to earth with folks.
Spirit has me doing the same hun. Only now have I truly accepted and embraced. I was angry for a bit because I felt I wasn’t doing enough but I realized I am a transmuter of energy. I have always been taken care of all my life and never been without or had to worry. I felt guilty for a long time but now am stepping into the purpose with acceptance and appreciation. Let us enjoy life and raise the collective as we live. Truly live.

Re bees. another lightworker was gifting a message and this bee kept tapping on the window right after really important points. she noted it and said “that is confirmation.” so i looked up the meaning of bees on the pollenpaths website. here a little info:

i keep getting the message to “relax” and just Be as well. as one person put it there is “being of service” (doing) and there is BEING of service (through simply being).

I am fascinated by bee keeping! I want to try my hand at this and I will when I get the opportunity to. I feel that being a bee keeper is integral to the healing and learning your soul is going through right now. I just have that strong feeling. I'm sending you a big hug for what you're going through right now. To me it feels comforting knowing that ascension is so close.. well I find it comforting sometimes and challenging at other times. That happened to me three hospitals three docs say tumor surgery. After a few days of high frequency music and a priesthood prayer. No tumor perfect blood labs like a young person. I am old❤🎉❤🎉❤😊😊😊
I woke up this morning with so much energy and joy. It feels like whatever heaviness was weighing down earth has been lifted. Everything feels new and possible. Things are going to work out. There are old stories playing in the background but they no longer have power, we have moved on.

For those that may be feeling as I did, "I cannot move off the couch syndrome," HANG IN THERE DEAR SOULS, it will not last forever. I knew I was doing a lot of housecleaning, dumping baggage. I feel pretty good these days. Keep your eyes on the prize! ❤

My old dog and I went for a stroll down the trail and into a small wood near my place. My dog can't go far but she lets me know when she wants to stroll . The wood is opening up quickly to the movements of spring. I felt such comfort and peace, stroking the leaves, twigs, and feasting on all the for-get-me-nots. I came back to make a cup of tea but first I put on your video. Thank you for the beautiful meditation. I was ready for it. My mind settled immediately, no chatter. Very comforting and peaceful. At the end, on the last "wiggle", I raised my arms and starting doing hand mudras. Haven't a clue what I was doing but it felt like I was receiving and sending at the same time the energies. I will play this meditation every morning. Thank you again.

I woke up in the middle of the night last night feeling like this energy had washed me clean from within. I got up and when I walked around I felt like I was I my new 5th dimensional body. I was so light. It felt like was a child again.

Recently I was at the DFW airport and it seemed like I walked into a zombie apocalypse. 😆 No one was making eye contact, no one was smiling, their affect was flat and only one bright light came into my vibration for a brief conversation. My innerstanding tells me that iPods, matrix food and their technology are effecting their brain waves. I could clearly see that there are souls who didn’t sign up for a 5D new Earth. As a starseed, I know that I’m a 5D ripple of light. 💖💫🌟💖
I was recently at the DFW airport, May 8th to be exact, and had the exact same realization. Thank you for confirming my observations.
I am an awakened part of the movement into the ascension process since 2012 and it was an intense process to come to this point in time righr here and right now. I thought in 2012 I would have been ready but there was so much more to do, to become light hearted that I haven't been aware of - in retrospectice. I am praying for the ascension this time more intense than ever before and with an ease in the heart that developed more and more in the last 12 years. Let's make it. I'm a prepper. Many people won't prep because they think it goes against the law of attraction. But God gives us signs so that we know what season we are in. We are responsible for keeping our lamps filled with oil!
I prepared a bare minimum materially and it's still mad annoying. Can't wait for all that horded junk to de-materialize be gone!!
I have heard from people that they. Prep not just for them, but for anybody left on the old chaotic earth that may need it and I myself have had that feeling since 2020, like I wasn't doing it for me, but for someone else

My mother, whose childhood was during the Great Depression, always had a full stocked freezer and cases of non perishables when they were on sale. We live the Girl Scout motto of "always be prepared" ❤️
having grown up in Hawaii (tsunamis) and lived worked in california (earthquakes) it is just common sense to be prepared. it reduces the chaos and need and helps first responders in the event something does happen. and these days, there is so much more available than canned foods to help is prepare.

Kerry, what if one was well on their way to that existance of just love and compassion and kindness and patience, then in the past few days things have flipped right around to annoyance, impatience, irritation, anger. Even my physical body has gone from feeling blissful and energetic and revitalized to exhausted, full of pain and inflammation, headaches, dizziness, vertigo. It changed in an instant and has lasted for 4 days now. It has been terrible! I was in such a good place before hit that I was confident that I was an anchor point, then BOOM! This meditation is exactly what I needed Kerry. So deeply grateful. 🙏🏻💜🌟

A few weeks ago, I had an energy come in that felt like bliss, I loved everyone I saw, I smiled and made eye contact with everyone I walked past. It reminded me of when I use to drink and wanted to hug everyone. I think I got a glimpse of 5D. It was wonderful I didn't have a care in the world, and right now in my life that is the opposite of what is taking place.

I know what you mean, yesterday I saw a mama Canada Goose cross 2 very busy streets with 3 ADORABLE little fluffy chicks and everyone patiently waited in their cars for them to cross- phew! My heart wanted to burst with love🥰💗

I’ve been prepping as well , pantry Staples dry goods. Water , a filter for water to use ,in case not running water is not available , , planting gardens canning , drying and buying gold, silver, and platinum , because money will be worthless and some say that’s Fear based , I don’t feel that , I I think it’s common sense . Pro active . For a emergency intervention

Kerry, I started watching suspicious observers and he seems to think a pole shift is coming and that most of us won’t make it unless we are underground or at a very high altitude. I live in hawaii only a few miles from the ocean. I can’t afford to move and don’t know where to go. I’m doing my best to stay present and in love as I know that’s all that matters. My mom on the other hand is going the prepper route and stopped contact with me bc I couldn’t support her in preparing ( physically ) for the apocalypse. It’s been heartbreaking. Though I could t deny that my “ prepping “ isn’t necessarily physical ( completely). Thank you so much for your sharing! I really appreciate you ❤️
The human in many people can't understand how God is in control and how those of us who are meant to make it will do so and we will do so because God has been preparing our bodies. I listen to Suspicious Observer too... I like the info he discloses. But he doesn't understand the entire picture as he's only looking at one piece of the puzzle ❤️🙏❤️
They have been saying this for decades. Listen to the heart not the head (fear) ❤
I've explained as plainly as I can that Ben is brilliant at sharing "boots on the ground" 3D info and for that reason his channel is an invaluable resource. If you want to stay at the 3D understanding though, you may find yourself limiting yourself from the very thing that I'm teaching about. That would be a bit sad but it's a valid choice for anyone to make. To give you perspective, I live in Africa and Ben has said Africa is not looking good at all. I'm not trying to make it through 3D, I'm here to teach people about the shift to 5D so perhaps you could include a little higher perspective along with the 3D perspective? Hopefully that supports you.

And just remember that our bodies can thrive in a fasting state. We have been led to believe that we need 3 meals a day, but we can go for days without food. Jesus really did fast for 40 days & 40 nights.

Heute mache ich diese Meditation das dritte mal und ich bin immer erstaunter, wie hilfreich sie ist. Das ist die erste Meditation, die ich ohne inneren Wiederstand mitmachen kann. Meine lange anhaltende Energielosigkeit wird täglich weniger. Das der Weg zu immer mehr Authentizität so unbeschwert machbar ist, war mir vollkommen neu.
So ist das Zulassen von immer mehr Liebe im Leben viel leichter und auch das zur gelebten Liebe werden. Und...... erfahrungsgemäß "dauert es so lange, wie es dauert".

Kerry thank you for all the information you bring to Us. It’s been really helpful we Love you. Humanity already made a commitment of being ready for Ascension in 30 years, that is a very short amount of time, the people that decided to wait until the end to wake up need to do the healing in order to be ready to go Up. We will have a fire ring very soon that will change everything in order for ascending Humanity to have the right conditions for the civilization healing.

i put this out there..l do not know when that final wave comes, but with the intensity and back to back waves i am thinking we have got to be close. and on some level, it is not that so many of us are not ready, rather we are allowing this to slow down not just to allow more people to “wake up” and move forward to 5D, but to support the teachers moving to 4D to be of service, who will join us later. notice our constant check lists “what happens to people with mental illness or physical illness? children, pets, plastics, people stuck in density, government, money systems, etc.”. and i have been noticing people coaching people for a higher 4D world speaking about the shift in consciousness, coming into your mission and purpose, letting go of linear mind judgment, programming, allowing yourself to Feel Emotion as energy in motion, and so on…. but their focus is coming into mission and purpose - doing, whereas our 5D guidance is BEING, JUST BE LOVE, let it ripple through you and focus on your self care. so we are all aware of the solar flares, light codes, Source, etc, however what affect and guidance we receive differs.

I have experienced a 7 point something earthquake in NZ several years ago and i can tell you it's everyman for themselves. You need at least 3 days supply of whatever you need to be comfortable, hydrated and warm. Emergency services was too busy to answer the phone on the night. I only had the robe and boots I made it out in.
And yet You survived. What a beautiful miracle.

Two of my friends dropped dead right after the solar flares, undiagnosed heart problems.
Also, two people I am doing business with are completely losing their minds and attacking out of the blue...really vicious, unprovoked attacks. They are extremely belligerant and insist that I agree with them..exactly as you described. Wow.
What a wonderful meditation, Kerry. I‘m feeling so much more at ease than before. The tension in my body is almost gone. I‘m feeling better prepared to do „the energy work“ today. Looking from day to day. Thanks 😊.
