I must say, Solomon was out manoeuvred in this interview. He lacked underlying knowledge on Geopolitics, international trade and globalization. He focused on practices and not principles, Uganda's foreign policy is reactionary, opportunistic and lacks any principle to ensure it is predictable. I would have finished Oryem, as an expert in International Business and International trade.
