For the past 37 years of this current regime, I have heard that Uganda cannot be led by a civilian leader but that is a fallacy. This gentleman makes a very good leader but we need one who wasn't in the army. We need civilian rule and a national army that respects the constitution and rule of law.
Gen. is right, what is the applicability of the values system given the fertility nature of our lands. the democracy trying to be established here might be the challenge to our advancements. we get curtailed to advance parallel to the beneficiaries of our existence. .
There’s an encrypted message towards the end, we don’t need a purely democratic system.....we need a cocktail of communism, democratic and socialistic system!... China, Singapore, Botswana and SK in my opinion can attest to this idea!!.. Everyone knows that Muntu is exceptional and very spectacular, the qn is..
