As Lukwago ,he has personally gained but the community around him has not gained as required. How dare can a full Lord mayor fail to breakdown for us few achievements.
Leadership is not just for reading laws to people but it is for showing people your ability by what you put on ground.

After 12 years as mayor, I think Lukwago should rest, there’s nothing new he’s bringing on the table, we can’t keep doing the same things and expect different results.
This guy is a trained lawyer....He has defended himself on this topic superbly......But as of late I don't see any work done and he no longer deserves that position as LM......It will be a disgrace to Ugandan if he is given another term

Just pondering over questions the whole interview. What kind of a leader is this! He can't even take the blame, he can't go an extra mile to make things happen.
Did you even listen to what he actually said? He actions are limited because We are living in a cartel state! The budget is being embezzled while the tax payers are left to rot.

Some of us no-longer watch news because we can't seem to find a TV station worth watching. I would say you're beyond TH-cam. You can transform the media industry.

once Lukwago said the he has never meet with the President in person , then I was like this guy is not serious at all , how will you make a good Kampala without doing a physico meet the the head of state , then he is opening his mouth the he needed the powers , Lukwago resign

@@atuhairejulian8636 did you listen to the interview? Lukwago explained his roles as the Lord Mayor as mentioned the following achievement
1) policy formulation
2) negotiating with donors for funding
3) oversight where he mentioned that it where scores highly
He went ahead to explain that he is supposed to construct road, light streets, build hospital etc but his work ends at planning and policy.
He stressed that any development you see in Kampala, it means it had passed through him because that is where policy is made

Mr Lukwago, buganda kingdom and gov't of uganda should be fully free from British imperialism AGENDA OF DIVID AND RULE, how much cost a soler panal,, per pol cost $150, we need 4000 pols now (150×4000=$600,000) no more blackout within kampala city for only $600,000. Just imagine,
Policy makers are agent of westerner to keep african countries POOR in infrastructural and confusion within civial servants are high in RED, exposure is 100% zero.
Programs should be set out for all ugandan who can helpout in development of our country without any condition period.
We should separate development and politics,
