    If the Danes ever allow us Swedes back in, I want to do a tour. Does Denmark have the rules it is ok to camp almost anywhere in the forest for a day or two? (Almansrigth?)

      Hi Linda
      There is not Allemandsret in Denmark, however in some area in stateforest it is allowed to camp wherever you please. Here is a link to the website were you can find the places on a map naturstyrelsen.dk/naturoplevelser/overnatning/fri-teltning

    im doing my own trip like this in the start of July. wondering if you found it hard to find places to camp for the night. as i understood it it can be hard to find places because most forests are private land? and i will have to use a camping site any time i want to set up camp ?

      In Denmark there are about 200 stateforest where you are alowed to camp anywhere in for free. Thats what I always use myself. Here is a link with a map of the forests if you scroll down a bit. naturstyrelsen.dk/naturoplevelser/overnatning/fri-teltning/#{%22x%22:543909.0271962476,%22y%22:6237362.709813962,%22zoom%22:4,%22categories%22:[%229%22]}

      @@iskremape For me the west coast trip was the best. more remoute and beautiful nature. East coast is more hilly and has more towns if you are in to that, but also have a beautiful nature
