Can Initiating Sex Be Bad?

So many of the patriarchal and religious messaging around sex is toxic - but perhaps there is no lie is bigger than “sex is for men”. Many folks who grew up in purity culture and have this myth as a default have poor sex lives and believe it or not, many wives then resort to managing that poor sex live akin to a household chore.
