I used to deal with those crappy Essex relays on gas furnaces here back in the day and when they went bad which was all of the time I would put in a Honeywell R822D snap acting relay which almost never went bad
Yes, lack of airflow caused that. But, limits technically should’ve stopped that. But, their cut out temp was set at 200, which is too high, but what it was designed with.
The pvc 90 with the hole in it is for clearing a clog with a 7 ft piece of t-stat wire or something similar.. It's not a terrible idea on trailer homes.
We don’t see any upflow MH units in my area. All Downflow. I wish they were upflow because the floor is always disgusting 🤮 . That blower seemed slow to start, was the Capacitor weak on it?
Explain why you never use a vacuum to clean out all the crap before you do any service? Dude I never see you use a vacuum. It would be easier to service in the future. My motto was you should always leave the place cleaner than it was before you got there.
Thanks for explaining while you were troubleshooting
Great video I always thought 200 degrees on those TCO’s too. Have a great weekend

Watch your stuff all the time! I am a retired HVAC technician and your channel makes me feel like I’m still part of it. You have great skills.
Thanks
Thx. That whole unit looks kinda fried inside. Old dirt too.
Curtis, that furnace needs some serious cleaning and probably servicing.
Awesome video! Extremely helpful for us new guys about to enter the field. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
From looks, I'd say it is burning off a lot of dust! Thanks for video.
Thanks for watching!
Well done Curtis, now they have some warmth 👍 Au
First thought, what a Clean Apartment and that Quickly Changed to an Empty Apartment. 🤔😬👍
An upflow in an manufactured home. Interesting. I’ve been out of the business for a while but I don’t remember ever seeing one before.
good work man...i was just looking at that vent cover...with the lint buildup, i knew it was plugged.
Good job Curtis getting the heat on thanks for the video
You bet
Nice job once again.
Great job.
Thanks!
Nice work Curtis.
Thanks!
The fusible links blew because the fan wasn't pulling air over the heat strips? Did you quote them a repair on the religious (holey) drain line?

Only issue is that it removes the ptrap. But, rarely have I seen that cause a trailer system not to drain.
I never saw you put another screw in the bottom of the relay you replaced. Maybe it was off-camera? Thanks

👍👍👍
What damage the relay, the blower sounded OG.
No fire alarm beeps?
They only beep when those rentals are occupied. 🤣🤣🤣
I don't understand about the fuse, if it short then you should not get 240v right?
