Great stuff man! Keep it up!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Loyal customers stay LOYAL, email is too corporate now. A text is personal. Choose your audience, build a brand around them, and make personal connections via great content. Just make sure you got Square collecting all your data and you got yourself human capitalism, that's were legends live like Elon Musk, Coca-Cola, The Quakers, etc.

How do you get the customers to opt-in. I am searching but cannot find how to do it

I have a question, does this only send texts to the customers that you have in your account? or does this generate texts to random people?

Customers have to opt into your text message program. You can't just import 100,000 random texts and then start texting customers. If you import a number it will send the customer a text confirming that they want to opt-in. Customers can also opt-in on your POS system tablet, the web, or app. We have branded our program Klub_Keva. To give you an insight into what this looks like visit: www.keva.com/klub-keva

Hi, found your video through square forums, I have not subscribed to as many paid options to gain more data and analytics about the business. Do you find those paid monthly abilities to do email/text marketing and online store insights useful?

The biggest benefit of paying is "AUTOMATED" campaigns. Once you start, you can setup automation that includes things like: "Birthday", "Lapsed Customers", "Almost There", etc. You also have the ability to schedule campaigns and integrate your loyalty. From my estimates, it generates about $250,000 in incremental business per year. Probably more though.

Do they have the option to send specific users a text. Like someone that has never completed a purchase?

I wish they did. Unfortunately they don't, hence that isn't necessarily legal from a marketing perspective.

@@wileysprocket Legal? I know it's done with email all the time.

@@joseestrada6926 Everyone of your customers needs to opt in separately for texting. If not, you could get sued for violation of FCC Laws. You can search this. Many businesses are getting sued right now by legal trolls. blog.textedly.com/text-messaging-laws-every-business-has-to-know-about

The sound is horrible. I've turned everything up to the max and it's still a whisper.
