Brienne is the perfect example of how the disciplined and honorable must often endure ill treatment at the hands of those who possess neither characteristic, simply because enduring it is the only way to not betray those ideals. Very well written character IMO.
I love the way the character is played as she's not only a serious bad ass but she's warm, loyal, and vulnerable ie they haven't taken a 'bad' ass female character and just written her and played her as a man, her femaleness comes through strong and that's an impressive achievement both for the writer and the actor.
She is so charming and perfect! You can just see the genuine love she has for the character radiating off her. I can't wait to see season three and how her "tolerance" of Jaime increases to something deep and harrowing and beautiful! Their arch together is incredible.
They surely have to bone... Having no clue, not a spoiler, just my prediction: One of them will kill the other, most likely she'll kill Jaime fulfilling her vow to Lady St-ark... but Jaime has more to do than just be killed before then so I'm not sure - I don't think he'll kill her. They surely have to bone before anyone dies because... she's a maid and he's slept with only his sister. I guess we'll know where the STDs originated... But they'll have to come to that conclusion on their own, no spoilers, lol.

Based on what I've seen in the interviews, she's my favorite cast member (based on the person, no the character). When he asked her if she had anything to say to G.O.T. fans, I was so hoping she would just say, "thanks". And, she did. That's probably the difference between these European actors from the Americans. They're just a bit classier. Nobody seems to be able to put their finger(s) on it, but that's what this show has that attracts so many fans. In spite of the nature of the existence inthe time period the show portrays, it is really done with a great deal of class. By the way, I also find Nikolaj, the guy who plays Jamie Lannister, pretty cool. Of course, looking forward to season 4.
