I'll advise you to please stop your hunger strike because you will only cause more harm to yourself. I'll also advise you to get a lawyer to help you file the charges. You you have done that to no avail, then what you can do is gather your evidences, and approach the media or social media influences to help you published your story and seek justice.
They will always ask for some kind of evidence. If you don't have any, they will interrogate them. If they excel with a proper lawyer, your case could be lost. However, gather evidence on how neglectful they are and go to the press and social media. Best of luck 👍 ✨️
