OMG. A Boogie head demo with the mids set past noon for the majority and music that is NOT SOLELY metal core riffing. Thank you, sir. This was an amazingly helpful demo.
@@GUPTech 100% sincere! This really allowed me to hear how this amp takes a Les Paul while playing big full chords and that is almost never happening in Boogie demos. You treated it like a more classic rock and alternative/grunge style and you almost never get that from Boogie demos either. That's my shit.
@@GUPTech yeah, and I was really happy to see you switch it to Crush mode with the mid up and the gain cranked. Another thing most people don't do in Boogie demos or if they do they don't leave that setting on for long enough to get a feel for it.
@@McPherson123 The EQ is usable in all-range on that amp, that's pretty awesome. You can turn down Treble at zero and put the Mid at max and still get a cool crunchy tone :)
I didn't have the chance to try the CabClone yet. I've heard great things from it... and since I'm using a MESA IR in Wall of Sounds, it should be close.
I've never tried the Triple Crown. The Badlander is good straight forward Clean, crunch, and gainy stuff. Great with pedals and everything. The TC is a bit more sophisticated and will need tweaking from what I heard. It depends on your style I guess :)

I'm not sure about the sarcastic level of this answer 😅

@@McPherson123 All good then ! This boogie really shine in the low-mid gain grungy tone area :)

I love how you played Nutshell by Alice In Chains. Great song and great playing and tone Brother.
Thanks for this. This keeps getting sold as only a “Metal” machine. Nice to hear some cleans, crunch and classic rock tones.
It’s a lot of fun on the whole tone zone :) from low gain clean tone, to crunchy heavy stuff.
Sounds heavenly, know cause own won of these baddass Badlanders!!! Thanks for the demo!
G’day! Wicked demo mate!! AIC!!!!! 🤘🏾

Ahah, of course! That's where the amp shines the most.
lol the reaction at 2:20
How does the torpedo captor compare to the Cabclone IR that's in the Badlander?

This or the Triple Crown 100? 🧐

I wish someone would play some John Mayer tones through it lol
Sorry :( I can’t with those hands :P
