"Marugame Seimen" has over 1,000 stores worldwide.
All noodles are handmade and undergo a low-temperature fermentation overnight to bring out the best flavor.
In addition to udon noodles dishes,
the restaurant also offers authentic Japanese tempura, rice balls,
and inari sushi.

So much care taken in the making of the food, I love these videos they show how perfection is achieved. The tempura scraps reminds me when we would go to the fish and chip shop and ask for scraps to be put on your order then they wrapped them in old newspaper, that’s not allowed nowadays.
the machines are ingeniously designed... smart people.
My favorite go to fastfood japanese restaurant here in the philippines. So many branches already. Only bad thing is the long lines but it moves fast. Its cheap, fresh and high quality. I always order the teriyaki chicken beef rice combo, i love the kimchi that goes with it

I like udon noodles much better than dry ramen noodles. I only cooked the soup mix for the first time ago. There nothing like Pasta that cooks fresh.

我一直以為是中央廚房統一製作再配送到各分店的
烏龍麵都是門市現場手工擀製,所以才會這麼Q彈喔!
是現場做的,常去吃丸龜,很喜歡看他們製作麵條呢
配送為了保存就要加添加劑了
我有一陣很愛吃,問題就是太單調了一點,但長久經營的話這是合理的策略。
全店每兩個月都會推出季節新品,各店菜單的12號烏龍麵也是單店限定口味,加上不少門市有推出日式關東煮及不同類型的天婦羅,常常來也不會吃膩喔!!😋

我們都規定要戴袖套喔
近來風評不好。
很奇怪 以前打工的時候是不准戴袖套的
戴袖套可能是有刺青或是受傷
現在是規定一定要戴著炸,因為太多員工燙傷了
