    Afterward: When asked why he cheated on his Soon to be ceo fiancé, he admitted that it was because it was because Eda wasn’t as pretty as he would have liked and that he only married her for her money, and chose Marisa to cheat with because not only was she pretty, she was also Eda’s sister. He thought that by cheating on her with Marisa, he could just say that he thinks of them both as the same person since they’re sisters, and thus it wouldn’t count as cheating. Instead of anyone agreeing to Alberto’s insane logic no matter how many times he tried to rationalize it to people, all he got was being treated like a freak with most people feeling uncomfortable around him.
    Marisa herself would eventually steal all of the money in the house and any jewelry from Alberto’s mom she could get a hold of to pawn off and escaped back to the city. She then began stalking and harassing Eda, demanding money every time they met. Eventually Eda simply called the police after getting sick of the harassment, which got Marisa arrested, and when Alberto and his parents were contacted about her arrest, they testified that she robbed them as well, allowing Alberto’s parents to sue her for the theft and getting her even more jail time than just harassing Eda would have gotten her.

    Marisa was mining for gold, and all she ended up doing was hit a pocket of firedamp, and the sparks from her tools set it off and caused a mine collapse that even Big Bad John looked at and said, "Sorry, Marisa. But you're on your own."

    I’ve never really understood why people say things like “you stole my partner from me”. How do you “steal” a person? As far as I know every person has free will & can choose to exercise that free will how they want even if it is the (morally) “wrong” choice. Since we all have freewill, we can choose to do what we want, but must be willing to pay the “ consequences“ if there are any. Personally I’ve never understood why people complain about the consequences they have had to “pay” whenever they’ve gotten caught doing something “wrong”. I was always taught “don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time”. I remember my high school headmaster being confused that I didn’t complain about punishments I received whenever I broke the rules at boarding school. He was always amazed that I wasn’t upset or scared whenever he threatened to call my Mom when I got in trouble. Even my Mom confused him when she’d tell him that she wasn’t upset about what I did. Mom would tell him that if he really wanted me to stop doing whatever it was that was wrong then he needed to come up with a “punishment” that bothered me otherwise I probably wouldn’t change my behavior. In fact the only time I ever protested any punishment was when I felt I didn’t deserve it since I didn’t do anything wrong, he never understood why my Mother always backed me up. Mom told him that she had raised me to accept the punishment without complaint if I was ever caught & to only protest if I was “innocent”. Let’s just say that they were very happy to see the last of us when I graduated.

    🎵Marisa dated Alberto / thinkin' he'd be the next CEO / but his dates with her almost got him fired / of this / most anyone would quickly get tired / cuteness was her excuse / but that only works when you're kids / tryin' it in the grown-up world comes across as defiance🎵 (to the tune of "The Sound Of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel, of which the Disturbed version has since become the more popular)

    • @shadowfoxx5317
      @shadowfoxx5317 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Actually, depending on which country you are in outside of where you yourself are, alimony can be claimed without having to be married first.
      Where I am, you can claim alimony for adultery or other reasons for separation in either engagement *or* Common Law marriages
      Compensation is different to alimony, because the wronged partner can claim compensation for emotional distress or damages, on top of the alimony for separation

    • @Allie_phelps
      @Allie_phelps 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@shadowfoxx5317even in some states in the US you can get alimony from a broken engagement. I think people go based off of what they know of their own state and nothing more

    • @shadowfoxx5317
      @shadowfoxx5317 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @Allie_phelps It's like the majority of USA people on Reddit who cry 'faaaaaake!' on posts because "That's not how the law works, faaaaake!"
      It's like they forget that Geography was a subject in High School and countries _outside of_ America are a thing.
      Like, wow, there's a world outside of the USA? Who knew, right? 🤷‍♀️😂
      And people from pretty much every other country except America always ask on the Reddit posts "What country are you in? Do your laws give (insert legality) there?"
      Like, they genuinely want to help instead of just stamping it as a 'fake' because '(My country) doesn't do it like that, thereby the rest of the world doesn't do it like that!'

    • @Allie_phelps
      @Allie_phelps 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@shadowfoxx5317 haha that’s so true. People really do forget that there is a whole other world out there, with different laws. Imagine some people from America going to a country that doesn’t have free speech, that would be AWESOME haha.
      I do love when you see genuine people from other countries really trying to educate people on Reddit, and how understanding they are. I wish more people from America were like that. We wouldn’t have all these stupid arguments all the time. People forget opinions are opinions and facts are facts. Like laws, they are fact, not based off someone’s opinion haha and every state in the US has different laws, just like very country has different laws. People should educate themselves but, they don’t and we have dumb arguments of laws that are legitimate haha

    And that is the out come of someone that is very stupid in their thinking. If their is one sister working and the other one that is not the one that doesn't have a job should stop thinking that it is okay to spend someone else's money. Just because you have the info wrong doesn't make you a sane person at all. Just a disgrace to the family that is all the person is.
