- These fake watches are getting crazy scary!! We saw this in person when a replica Rolex Submariner was brought to our store. Can you believe that an actual watch dealer inspected the watch and told the client that it was a great deal at $7,000?!
But is that the only counterfeit watch that found it's way to our Miami watch store during this CRM Life episode? You be the judge when you see crazy Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 Tiffany Blue that a watch collector also come in with.

Has such a small, family owned business run by crazy Cubans become such a threat in the grey market watch industry? The suspense is really killing me. LOL

It happens more than you know. Always go to a top named dealer! Even if it costs you $1000 extra. It’s worth $5000 to get the actual watch you bought. Go on eBay and buy a relax from a dealer there. Your odds of a fake are ridiculous now days. Literally to the point of having to test the gold in the braclets. Fakes are never solid gold but are heavily wrapped where you wouldn’t know unless you know to do that. They CNC digitally every piece of the watch and movement all the way down to the weight and markings. The other catch is fakes laser engrave but again you need a real eye. Top dealers can test timing and internal movement and catch as well.. but low end dealers can’t afford that.. but the dealer not the watch! Buy the dealer not the watch! When you’re making a grand purchase! Saving $1000 to get a $500 watch in place of your $12,000 watch is crazy talk

@@Review-This nah bro not even close, $750 call it a day I promise you. I have multiple and all but one have passed with flying colors. Reps are insanely good for a really great price now. Only reason to get a real one nowadays is if you are buying the watch to resell it years later as an investment. But if you are buying it to actually wear it, 100% go rep and never look back.
The crazy part is seagull the Chinese government paid them to get good at watches they make exact replicas of Rolex movements, they have a real tourbillion for $500 now. It’s getting scary out here.
This only proves it's not that expensive building a luxury watch only that these luxury brands did a very good job psychologically fooled the watch collectors into believing they are priceless time pieces.
My question is where can I find that fake Rolex??

Maybe because the cameras were rolling. People behave differently when they are being watched.
I had a white face Stainless steel Daytona from China that I paid $200 for, I wore it backpacking around the world in the early 2000's, i have a real one as well but didn't want it in hostels and on buses while I slept sort of thing. That watch fooled dealers around the world. I'm honest so I always told them but had some big offers on it. Had that watch until 2005 when I got a little too drunk in Kaula Lumpur one night, not sure if I lost it, it was stolen or I just gave it away, but to me, replicas are great for the irresponsible.
The nautilus looks like a moded 3kf.usually the easiest tells is the crown isn't as recessed as the gen and the date numerals are skinny so maybe this has a aftermarket date wheel too.they still can't get the anniversary printing on back to be Inline with the crown.
theres also a factory that takes the replica and mods the crown recess,date wheel,dial and refinishes the watch for around 1500 bucks.stay vigilant people!

They could make them perfect 1 on 1 if they want. They don't because that way they can keep making newer versions with a small adjustment every time so they can keep selling newer versions
Well, the reality is that it is mostly the brand name. For instance, RC Cola is every bit as good as Pepsi or Coke, but Coke was available when television started and they were able to advertsise, while RC Cola was not. So, RC Cola, even if everyone agreed was better, can never really overtake Coke or Pepsi.

Rolex are the easiest watches to clone. And the more common. Half of the people out there with a Rolex watch, actually own a fake one.

This is either a Noob Factory or Clean Factory Rolex Daytona with a clone movement which can even use authentic Rolex watchparts.

They mention Noob in the Daytona rep (panda dial) video, but since the raids noob has shot up in price. Love my clean factory Daytona, I’m nowhere near affording an authentic luxury watch so it’s the next best thing for someone obsessed with these things. I know it’s looked down upon but I’m the first person to say it’s fake to anyone looking/discussing it with me. They’re out there and it’s a big business so I don’t feel like I’m contributing to anything nefarious if I’m it not trying to sell it to someone as genuine.
Took him 3 minutes inspecting it to convince himself it was fake even though he knew it was fake. That time will keep getting longer.

That Rolex Sub is most probably a VSF factory replica? Was the serial number starting with S19 or S29 if it was a 40mm? That factory did the CRAZIEST reps of that model but their movements in the case weren’t the cheap Chinese ones

Chinese technology is now so high that the Swiss have to use Chinese made watch components. This is the reason everything made in Europe is so overpriced.
the problem on those fakes is when with a Seiko or myota movement, compared to the real one. Buyers would prefer the fake one over the real at the right price similar for a seiko watch.
The crazy thing is you can get Swiss Movement clones that look damn near like the real thing inside the case the only difference is the jewels are a little bit darker than regular Rolex jewels I have one I was screwed yes and I did not pay 10 grand for it but I paid a couple thousand

Never buy used luxury (>10k) watches. If you can't afford new or it's not available, then just wait until you can buy a new one. It's not worth the headache.
Dealers can catch the Patek, Rolex and the top names… but can spot on match some of the newer really expensive pieces. I can’t imagine not buying my watch from the actual manufacturer, wait list or not. Out of curiosity how many dealers could find a fake Jacob? Seriously?

Sad thing is that watch is able to be purchased for 600.00-700.00 add few mods and real parts you’ll have around 1300.00 in watch that even yourself couldn’t tell! When China movement is rebuilt with gen used parts and gen escapment , the best bezel insert is platinum same as gen that is done on same equipment. The bracelet clasp there is madder that corrects the rep clasp to gen spec I’ve seen it in person under magnification no difference in look and feel the feel is what gives fake away but those tells are being worked out! SO THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM WHAT ARE WE REALNG PAYING CRAZY PRICES FOR???? THE NAME Rolex “””VANITY VANITY VANITY””” .... When their is this much difference in price for in reality the same watch got to make you think.
