"Waffenburger" Triple Waffle Cheeseburger Challenge in Dallas, Texas!!

- A&Z #1009 - Randy Santel vs End Zone's "Waffenburger" Triple Waffle Cheeseburger Challenge w/ fries and onion rings hosted by the End Zone Sports Bar & Grill location in Lake Highlands, Dallas, Texas. After finishing my 2021 Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour, I took a 2 break break to rest and recover. Then I started a Texas & Southwest USA Tour which ended up including just 4 food challenges in Texas. For challenge #2 after my initial loss in Tyler, Texas, I headed over to the Dallas, Texas area so I could attempt the "Waffenburger" Triple Waffle Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge at the End Zone Sports Bar & Grill location in Lake Highlands, Dallas, Texas!! There are 3 other End Zone Bar locations and they all host this food challenge too. I had 1 hour to feast on three of their "waffenburgers." Each had a 1/2lb chicken or beef burger patty (I chose 3 beef burger patties) topped with a slice of ham, a fried egg, 2 strips of bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Each waffenburger had 2 deep fried waffles that served as the buns, so there were 6 of those total. The challenge included a double order of fries and a single portion of onion rings. The beer drank during this video was just optional, by local Deep Ellum Brewing Company. I was trying to win my $35 triple waffle bacon cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and End Zone shot glass. BIG thanks to everyone with End Zone - Lake Highlands for the fantastic food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the amazing people who came up that evening in June to watch and meet me!! End Zone Bar's "Waffenburger" Triple Waffle Cheeseburger Challenge in Dallas, Texas ($35):
- There are 4 End Zone Sports Bar & Grills serving the Dallas / Fort Worth metro area.
- All 4 locations offer this food challenge. I visited the Lake Highlands, Dallas, Texas location.
- There are three 1/2lb beef burger patties or 1/2lb chicken patties. You get to choose!!
- Each of the patties are topped with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, a fried egg, and ham.
- Each "Waffenburger" has 2 deep fried waffles that serve as the buns, so there are 6 total.
- The challenge meal includes a double portion of fries and a single portion of onion rings.
- There is a 1 hour time limit. Winners get the $35 meal free plus a t-shirt and shot glass.

Well done, Randy! this place is next door to the grocery store where my son works, and I've eyed the Waffenburger many times -- not the challenge, I don't have the capacity, just the single burger -- and with your endorsement I think I'll give it a try the next time I'm in there.

A little history for you Randy. That place used to be a Blockbuster video! I went there for years and rented movies when I was younger.
And where you were eating I think was the check out counter. Also the apartment complex behind you used to be an old apartment complex that got leveled and was a vacant lot for sometime. Not that important just thought you would like to know 😉
The Plano location used to be next to a blockbuster and used to be called Slider & Blues
I used to live near the Lake Highlands area for 2.5 years a lot has changed in the last 5 years.

When I lived in Dallas i went to end zone! But i only went to the one near mckinney and it was always later in the evening so i never knew about this! When i come back through i will indefinitely be trying this!

May I suggest you try a fresh papaya and pineapple smoothie to give your digestive system a good boost of natural enzymes. Seriously, very effective and considering the massive amount of food you consume it wouldn't hurt. No doubt your exercise regime handles a good amount of that, but it is effective.👍
