Agreed.. Building an aluminum block and heads Ford V8 really helps balance things out too. And Wildwood brakes really finish off the suspension and aero upgrades. All that being said... I'd just buy a Superformance GT40 and be ready to rock 😂
They drive really nicely... Until you start to push the performance. Totally a car for a guy who wants to be all show and medium go hahaha. The guy that owns this one has a superformance Cobra for when he wants to get a little sporty. It handles better but I do understand that it's no McLaren F1... The Ford engine sure is heavy too. Your assessment is correct my guy 😜
@@jefferyschirm4103 you can build a really high performance 351 and this one has just that. But it's a very heavy engine compared to some of the smaller displacement Italian offerings from Ferrari and Lamborghini. And while a good driver can bring some speed out of them, the Pantera entered a lot of races and never once won. There are just better handling contemporaries 🤷 Lots of people really love them and there's nothing wrong with that. They are very cool.

It has enough engine to pull it around, maybe not as smooth as you like , but it would road race if you can drive , not a women’s car !!
