You can import all your photoshop brushes if you want. You also mentioned the eraser. I've discovered you can pretty much turn any brush you have into an eraser.
Cool vid on trying AP2 for painting, thx for making it. I'm not sure if you're thinking about doing more of them or not, but it'd be pretty cool to watch your progression with AP2 and if you've ironed out your gripes or not, and if there's anything you like better etc. Either way, have a blessed day and week ^ ^
The reason many pieces of software have light mode as default is that it's an accessibility feature. Everyone can see in light mode and find the setting to switch to dark mode, but that's not the case for going from dark mode to light mode: some subset of visually deficient people would struggle more to navigate the app in dark mode. Though most software could fix that easily by asking which mode you want on the first start up.
@@melondek For some reason, my brain did not even recognize that Photoshop has the word PHOTO in it. It is such a brand name at this point... Damn. Affinity PHOTO makes a lot of sense then. :D

I've seen most tutorials use Affinity designer to draw and illustrate. Why do you use Affinity Photo?
@@Roid935 just for fun it has photo in the name same as PS

@@isNotSeb Affinity Designer has both a vector and pixel workspace, so pixel based work can be done perfectly fine on Designer as well.
