  • I never even considered a CFMOTO until I saw the 800MT Touring edition. I chatted to the owner and they were very impressed with theirs.
    ‪@cfmoto_australia‬ have been bringing in some very imprssive bikes to the Australian market of late and their range is definitely worth checking out.
    A big thanks to Mick and the team at Western Sydney CFMOTO. Check them out here:

      They have. You can see it on their website for their motorcycle range. Going from cheap transport to being good looking motorcycles (especially the 700CL-X Sport).

    Another great review and they sure have come a long way. That 790 motor is in many bikes. I hope they build up their dealer network for support. Great job Matt.

    Top review mate. No bullshit.
    This is the future of petrol bikes, affordable imports that go well. I’ve spoken to a few owners who have done over 10,000km and swear by them. Of course, no bike is perfect. But there doesn’t seem to be any glaring flaws that riders wish were changed.

    • @RoadsOfOz

    Hey, great video.
    If I may suggest, for the next one make sure that your voiceover is higher than the foreground sounds; sometime it's hard to understand what you are saying :)
    Does the 800MT came with Traction Control and ABS cornering?

    • @RoadsOfOz
      @RoadsOfOz  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for the feedback. I have been working hard to improve the audio on my videos. I found that the sound comes out quite different when it is uploaded to TH-cam. Hoping that future videos will be better sorted.
      The newer 800MT Explore have an updated electronics package with traction control. Not sure if it has cornering ABS. But get in contact with your local dealer and they will be able to let you know.

  • @toddparker6807

    Seems like a really good bike but it is on the heavy side and as pointed out no traction control. Honda Transalp 750 weighs about 22 kgs less wet. Also it has traction control and an awesome engine. Downside, it does miss out on cruise control, bash plate, hand and engine guards and has tube tyres. Hower this is a Honda and the engine and handling package seems amazing about $1000 more without those above extras. If I had the cash right now I would probably go the Honda after watching several reviews.

    • @RoadsOfOz
      @RoadsOfOz  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      2023 model has a more advanced traction control available now. This model would have got me across the line if I had not purchased anything yet.

    people dont realise that CFMoto are apart of the corporation that do Loncin Engines as well ad the famed LC4 used in KTMs

    • @RoadsOfOz
      @RoadsOfOz  ปีที่แล้ว

      Whenever I tell people that the CFMOTO 800MT has the KTM motor, they are surprised. It is more common than what people realise that some well known brands have motors supplied by other manufacturers. It has been going on for decades.

      After i filled it, I travelled about another 120 kilometers. Being a 19 litre fuel tank. I would expect well over 300 klm on road surfaces. I wish I had it for a few more days. I did like it.

    Thats not how you use a center stand, grab the rear pannier bar and lift ..I have a Ducati multistrada enduro, and a cf moto mt 800, not having traction control is no big deal as off-road it is usually turned off anyway, My Multi has a rally mode, with traction and alb braking nearly turned off..
