I think it's more reality warping. The show shows that Billy kinda still needs incantation and the road looks like it's only been reality warped (diff from creation). Otherwise, he'd also be the Scarlet Witch.

@@chaelan6014 It is creation. While it is technically a warped reality within the contained space (Wanda's hex, the Road), it is still a reality. The events are actually happening. Lilia said it herself when she said "you have the power to turn all your goals into reality". That is most likely why Agatha sought out Wanda to begin with, because she knew Wanda was capable of creation and wanted her power to bring back Nicholas. Agatha also confirms the idea of creation when she tells Billy "the road wasn't real until you made it real".
Billy created the witches' road but the idea behind the trials came from Agatha in episode 3. When Alice asked Agatha how the coven was going to be tested, Agatha said each witch profession would be tested. That was enough for Billy to subconsciously create a trial house for each witch. Agatha was very instrumental in giving Billy instructions to how the coven would proceed down the witches' road. Up until the end of the road, which Agatha had no idea how the coven would get off it.
Fuuuuuck....he did tho! And now that I think about it, when they first entered the witch's road, he LITERALLY says something along the lines of "Wow, it looks just like how I imagined it to!" 🤯
The moment Billy disappeared during the last trial you can see very briefly the kid who drowned popping back up out of the water. It’s really quick and you have to go back and watch it again if you didn’t see it the first time. But that says to me that Billy successfully found a body for his brother.
I think Agatha knew that the road would only end once every circle witch was dead or got their wish granted and Rio was one of them. The trial wasn't over when she left her basement. That's what she meant with a calculated risk. I wonder however why Rio wanted her so much. I get why Agatha hated her but why was Rio so angry with her?

Wandavision was real, Billy and Tommy are proof of that. The Road was also real, those deaths did happen, Jen did get her powers back etc. But Wanda noticed what she did and played along bc she wanted to be happy. Billy didn't realize he'd made the road at all until he went back home.
