Hi Linda, I just love how professional you are in the videos including your the make up and clothe. I'm 25 and I love fashion. Could you please tell me where can I get clothe like yours, I just love it!

Excellent video! What most resonated with me is setting boundaries. Lately at work, there’s someone who is dedicated to making others feel humiliated when they disagree with her. I am currently researching how to educate said person in a professional manner about good teamwork etiquette. To set boundaries between criticizing to get to a demoralizing a person on personal level to respecting other’s opinions and consider that constructive criticism is key to a good workplace environment that fosters collaboration towards a set goal.

01:43 - Tell yourself, “I have preferences and I’m not afraid to embrace them,”
02:44 - Tell yourself, “Just listen to your gut”
    04:00 - Tell yourself, “I set boundaries”
    05:10 - Tell yourself, “I know what I want”
07:08 - Tell yourself, “I have fears and I express them”
08:09 - I am willing to discover and let go of useless thoughts/beliefs and embrace ones that serve me and lift me up.

Wowowow - I just stumbled across your channel because I have an interview this week and I was doing some research and holy shit I'm so glad I did! This wholeee video resonated with me so much, but the "I know what I want" resonated with me on a deep level. When someone asks me what I want to do, I immediately say "I don't know" out of habit and feeling uncomfortable etc. But now I'll be proud to say that I'm in the process of figuring it out and I'm loving the journey. The little tip of knowing 'at least one thing' you want from your ideal life (eg. working from home etc.) then building on that day by day - love it, I can totally do that! Thank you SO much Linda xx

Thank you for so many things your video is able to bring to your community. I’m working to become an IT Professional where Im not afraid to express openly my ideas, opinion, and preferences. As if right now, most of us need to stop taking in opinions from other people because they are forming the ultimate message that we deliver to ourselves, that message is directly connected to our feelings and our behavior. Let's push ourselves away from this social pressure and make our own opinions about ourselves. Ones that make us feel our best.

Hello Legendary Linda!! I don't comment much on here, but while watching I decided that I wanted to let you know which tip was most impactful for me....and then you issued the call to action at the end of your video to share THAT exact thing....so off I go! While I loved this entire video, the tip that resonated with me most profoundly was tip #3, tell yourself: I Set Boundaries. I (absolutely) am the person you spoke of, who is incessantly depleted due to saying Yes to Everyone and Everything! I realize I am not alone in this, and I recognize that personally, this behavior is due to trying to gain approval and prove worthiness, however, your unique insight on the topic really helped me see it in a new light!! I especially loved how you defined the act of setting boundaries. 'Having boundaries means you are aware of your own energy and energetic space, and it also means that you Value Your Energy and You're Not Willing to Drain Yourself by Constantly (Over-Extending in your) Giving to Others.' and I loved your next sentence, it's a perfect synopsis statement 'Be Aware of Your Energy and How You're Using It' !! Perfectly Said!! My biggest take-away from this tip is that if you're constantly offering your energy to others, and subsequently draining yourself, you'll end up with nothing left to offer to Your True, Authentic Vision for Your Life....and to tie it all back to the beginning of the video..... This unnecessary depletion of our vital energy, over the course of a lifetime, is a sure recipe for Regret at the end of our Life. So......Starting immediately, I am going to be more transparent, honest, genuine, and true to myself ((essentially, Authentic)), so I can move confidently in the direction of My Dreams and Make them Happen!! Thank you so much for the Immeasurably Valuable Insight!! #NotAMomentToWaste !! In Reverence, Linzi Stimpfle

P.S. I'm hoping to find other content that you've posted related to the topic of setting boundaries!! I would love to hear your thoughts on the practical and tactical steps of setting boundaries, both socially/generally and in our intimate/familial relationships! Please let me know of any additional work that you've posted or published on the topic! And Thank You, Again, for your Brilliance! xoxo - Linzi
