Every fish gets overnight shipping so most fish won't be in shipping more then 24hrs. But you will have to pay for the overnight shipping! Something like 50$ but if you want a pretty fish to arrive safe and with little stress it's needed.

Honestly it's based on parent genotype as well. Also best is a term that keep varying every year. Currently silver/golden on red galaxy koi are more popular than others.
