Look at the speed of Semenuks run, the clean landings and the most technical tricks. It's a top to bottom run with flow and precision like no one else delivered. Godziek had hangups, McCaul missed on tricks, TVS hat two heavy bangers but the way between the jumps was to easy, Brendog went 100% technical and was flowy, missed on banger tricks and huge gaps.
@@DominikRickerSemenuks run was a slopestyle run. A run paved like a road, smooth as butter. Yeah it was mega, but it's shouldn't be a winning run at Rampage. Crankworx? Absolutely. Here?? Nah, just nah.
@@DominikRicker I’m not taking away Semenuks run was amazing but it’s his bread and butter and it was slope style. Tom Isted is a rookie to Rampage and stomped that run and went big that should be taking into consideration
@@stellasqueak So why is Semenuks run slopestyle and Toms not? Tom had some bigger amplitude on the roadgap, everything else was just as „maniceured“ as Semenuks line. Try to look closer at the runs. Besides that: If Toms run was clean and he had stomped it like intentended, he would’ve earned a really got spot and as a rookie that would‘ve been impressive. But huge mistakes were made, maybe next year with some more experience.
There is content similar to this on the Aussie steez channel with BMX which is where this style began . The jumps are smaller than they look due to limited rider speed capability . Adam Streiby from Redline made this jump a goal for others . He called it a "flipwhip" .
If he'd put that together would have been on the podium for sure...well...if judged correctly.
What makes you think that 😂 judging of this event is sh1te
Just what the desert needed some iceT❤
crazy composure to build back to that canyin gap!! what a boy
From Cornwall to Virgin Utah is quite the step up but Tom absolutely crushed it.
So Sick!!! Isted is one to watch for future Rampage wins!
The underflip was so creative
That off axis flip made me scream!
the guts to walk back and hit that bFc, mental
DRAAAAAPIN! Well done Tom. Red Bull, you suck, i won't be drinking your chemical sugar water anymore.
you mean to say you drank that garbage before?

WOW !!!!
didn't notice that first kicker at the top. much bigger than the standard
even with that mistake was a better and more gnarly run than Semenuk. That was a proper old school gnarly rampage run
It was a better line. If he stomped it, he would have won.

Love that Tom Isted is considered a rookie, riding his trail bike which he would be er take to the big stuff at Darkest.
Massive
That is extreme mountain bike riding.
💪
No one Ever Mentions his wheelset is a 26er!..
Giant STP .
Seriously?

Bit harsh referring to Isted as a "rookie"... I get the context, but still haha
Not the best luck this year. But he did have an insane line and wild run.
the BFC = big fucking canyon
That run probably would have won if it was all put together
If it was more mellow and had more tricks, maybe.
Hilarious. Calling Tom a rookie.
