When facts, impressions, and tension, are so dramatic and real - any manipulation by using videography and acoustic techniques would not add but actually destroy this one-in-a-lifetime masterpiece of brutal reality. TH-cam should start banning any video that shows wide angle shots without alerting the viewers or have clearly written information regarding the distortions. Perhaps maybe people should ask Go Pro and other companies why don't they use come with wide angle NON Distortion lenses.....but the answer may surprise you it has nothing to do with cost since this would literally be a $5 oem part for them and no one would ever see these ridiculous videos that distort our reality ever again. Giving yourself to others so they may live a great life by making a strong and loving family. 2. Helping others selflessly in meaningful ways. 3. Doing something truly heroic for someone else. 4. Saving another person's life. 5. Raising your child to be a great person and good citizen.
You know... basically all the things that aren't the self-absorbed act of jumping off a cliff for an adrenaline rush. And here's a stat you can corroborate to drive this all home: One in 500 jumps are fatal. I hope people who do this don't have loved ones who rely on them.

Wing-suit has got to be the most extreme invention in sports ever! I can remember first time I saw it. A Watts-Zap clip on Eurosport maybe 20 yeas ago. I could not believe what I was seing, at first I thought it was a big RC-plane, following the contours of an alpine slope. But when the camera zoomed in, I could see it was a madman "flying" in a suit with flaps sown in between his arms and legs. I was in total shock and awe! What had I just witnessed!?? I tried to explain it to my friends, but they said it had to be CGI, and I could not find the clip anywhere. Before Google and youtube. Now 20 years later ppl are flying like its normal. Crazy!

While I knew in this video the guy would come out all right, I was of course gritting on how perilously close he seem to each stone wall; how close he was in every moment to orchestrating his own instant death. I would imagine the technology has evolcved in 20 years, and the ability to steer must be part of that. What do you know about that?

Yes, progress is a marvellous thing! I was thinking at the end also, the modern steerable parachutes are so good - when you think back to all the poor blighters who had to parachute into enemy territory in wartime with almost no control over their landing, and a good chance of breaking a limb on impact. Now it looks so easy - just pop down in a small field next to power lines and a busy road with complete confidence and land comfortably on your feet.

Holy! I'm sitting on my warm sofa, thinking "he's gotta be getting cold," "his arms have got be getting tired," "does he have enough altitude to get over this ridge?," "man, there is NO place to abort if something goes wrong..." It's much better for these things to go through my mind here on the sofa, while you're up there, clear-minded, focused, and having the TIME OF YOUR LIFE!! 😮❤👍
