I recently went for brunch and thought is was amazing….way better than the Bacchanal. I liked that they had the complete list of free beverages available and my server was so attentive.

You are so funny Melissa. Eating in front of a camera and just praying you don't drop it down the front of your dress is a feat in itself. Great job on cleanliness LOL. There are a lot of choices for a buffet. You nailed the name of everything. I would probably wander, not knowing the names of any of the foreign (to me, east coaster here) foods. You did an excellent job at explaining what each foreign looking thing was, and how it tasted. There were a few things that your face gave it away but you did a good job atdescribing what the taste was. I probably would just hang around the meat carving station, mashed potatoes and vegetables. I am not real brave eating things I have never heard of. Then I would hit the dessert bar. I honestly think the price is fair given the number of food choices they have, something for everyone. High quality meats and those big crab legs already cut are expensive. Someone could go in and just spend the afternoon eating all the seafood (which is hard to get when you are in a state that is landlocked) and definitely eat $75.00 worth. My favorite buffet was one that pre-covid was in the connecting hallway between Paris and Bally's. It was called Le Petit Village and the food was amazing. It served breakfast, fresh cooked everything you can think of for $21.95, then lunch included breakfast food with added lunch food (ALL kinds of hot and cold lunch choices) and that was only $24.95, then dinner was everything you can think of including a mountain of crab legs, shrimp, salads, soups, casseroles, a carving station with 3 different kinds of meats, 3 different potatoe choices, spaghetti, and in the middle of the room was a huge dessert circle with all homemade desserts. Dinner was only $34.95! It was a hidden gem. Especially if you were staying at Paris or Bally's. I watched every You Tuber who went down that hall (not many do that cut through) once LV opened back up again, waiting to see if it re-opened. Sadly I also started to see Martha Stewart's new restaurant begin to build and saw that my favorite buffet got crammed out by her expensive restaurant. So sad! That was the beginning of the end of buffets in Las Vegas. Anyways, you did a great review, very thorough with your descriptions of taste and texture. Your cameraman (I think his name is Enrique?) did a good job eating quietly as you slid the plates over to him haha. I appreciate the review. It's hard to know if a buffet is worth it so this was very helpful. Thank you!
Laurie, I have been practicing for a couple of years now so I’m getting better about the details. Enrique used to give me the worst time for describing food as “good” or “okay” instead of being specific. 😂🤣
It looks like a nice place. I can't eat as much as I could when i was younger and have a stricter diet for years now, so I i wouldn't get my money's worth. Id be happy with just mashed potatoes and bread. Lol 😆 Id try to make room if there was a falafel and samosa buffet somewhere though. 😊❤❤
I wouldn't say it's a scam. You guys carbed out on loaded baked potato and linguini. Rice and veggies are decent sides. You have to limit yourself to one round of biscuits, even though they're addicting! You gotta stick with skewer, scampi and coconut.
