I love Windsor newton, but unfortunately the little plastic corners are too big for the provided slots it’s supposed to go in so it’s not working.

      Same here
My keys do not seem to fit properly. I would have to force them in and I’m afraid I might snap the wood.

What's wrong with the little wooden ones that you get in every canvas pack?

Are these plastic parts still selling? I tried them years ago, and they failed miserably. Still have a bag of them saved as I replaced them with traditional wooden wedges. This is a case of trying to fix a problem which didn't exist. Otherwise, Winsor & Newton are top notch products I'll always use. First thing when stretched canvas arrives in my home is a light brushing with filtered water on the back of the canvas. Tight as a drum in minutes and tighter when dry over night. Never any problems requiring more than a wooden wedge later.

Do you leave the Pro-Strecher in or do you take it out after creating your piece?

Hello Raven, many thanks for your question. You need only use the stretchers if your painting causes any sagging of the canvas. You can remove them if you wish.
      Kindest regards,

cellar studio with clear reflecting pool roof at ground level refracting light onto canvas translated to music when mutating through the ar sound sensors completing the process of stretching painting and lucid dreaming translated to music with ar then back to marks on food. very good motion to ar track turning to tighten canvas similar to turning electronic music dials.

While the idea for this is excellent, the actual product itself is garbage. If you were lucky enough to get some that actually fit the canvas you bought, they don't fit in with ease like in the video. You have to basically jam it in and then hammer the remainder in. When I used a flat tip screw driver to tighten the pro stretchers, the plastic material was so poorly made that every single one got destroyed trying to tighten it even a little bit. Every plastic part can no longer be moved after literally not even one use. Don't use this product.
