Here's the Sunday Throwback video from The RCNetwork! Enjoy!
Great Video! That wraith looks fantastic. Is that the stock suspension you are running? And if so did you change out the oil or springs? I just bought a wraith and looking for simple set up tips with a stock rig. Thanks!
nice viedo and good job driving. It is nice to hear what is going on in the video insted of some headbanger music.
They are the Vanquish Titanium links and have the bend in them that Axial calls the "High Clearance" links. Great product, kinda expensive at $100 for the full set of 8. I've seen sets on CKRC for a bit less.
Another great running vid of my old Axial Wraith before some of my major mods. Thanks for watching!
On my SCX10 Honcho, I went with the Axial kit that had all aluminum links for $65. I guess I'll see the difference if there is any
They are custom Aluminum side panels. I have a vid on it. Just bought some sheet alum, traced the stock panel and cut them out. Turned out pretty cool!
I like how their is no music, nice and chill. People always put up music to their videos and it ruins it.
+MoabMan Thanks MM.....Yeah, I'm not a fan of music either, but I've had to use it before due to background noise, people talking, etc. This vid turned out great though
That is a Tekin 45t pro motor mated to the stock Axial ESC. I think it did pretty good!
Yeah, These are great crawling tires. The TSL Super Swampers weren't as good, but were more scale!
In the video are Proline Chisels. Great crawler style tire. I opted to go with the Proline TSL Super Swampers fro a more scale look though
Thanks! I had fun driving and filming that day!
I appreciate the good comments. The Wraith is very versatile with being able to be a speed machine or great crawler. It does need a few upgrades to make it decent though
NOT FOR NOTHING BUT YOU DID GOOD WITH THE CAM AND THE MODS IN IT REALLY HELP HER IM ABOUT TO BUY ONE MY SELF AND DO IT COMPLETELY ENJOY IT VERY GOOD CRAWLER
Thanks for the nice quiet video. Great as usual.
Thanks for stopping by!
Thanks, I agree!
Yep, Holy Jim Canyon in South Orange County, CA
I love the tires got the same ones nice vid
Thanks!
thats a cool crawling place
do you like your wraith and do you have any other cars i have mostly been in to buggies and short course but have a micro losi crawler and have done everything you can to a micro but would like to up scale and do some scaling any ideas???
yay no music, v.good filming and driving
Thanks buddy! very old video there....but my recent video with the AGFRC servo was filmed at the same place
Nice work
Those are the Proline 2.2 Chisels. Great crawling tire. I later switched to the Proline Interco TSL SuperSwampers for scale looks, but the Chisels always crawled better.
Perfect!
Thanks Robert
Nice truck like the body...good job thanks
Thanks Marvin! The Wraith is a great truck
Yeah im looking at them
Real nice crawling buddy! Nice without music to!
If I could get this for 200 without a battery is that a steal? With some different parts.. or a nitro rc car MINT for 150 with everything even some fuel. Please help me figure this out or it will take days for me to figure out and the truck could be gone by then
Taking A Bong hit $200 for a decent shape Wraith is a good deal - just make sure and check it out. I’d pass on anything Nitro - they’re a dime a dozen these days and hard to maintain
@@TheRCNetwork the nitro is a really easy one and I can show you it's a Speed Rapid Vh-A6 Super Sport very rare and he seems like a better person and the guy selling the wraith doesn't have much details and picture of it only like 3 and the nitro has a very nice description and the guy is very experienced and a nice guy. Gosh such a hard decision because if I get the wraith i can sell it and get a better rc or I can get the nitro and have to buy fuel after a while but goes fast and I could make it into a rally car and the wraith just needs battery and charger which I can't afford
@@TheRCNetwork I see what you mean about nitro. It's a car and not much roads where my trailer park is and a rally conversion wouldn't make it much different, going with the wraith. Even tho no batts I'll figure out something, can't wait maybe might make some videos of it some day if I get it
Where is the battery in the spawn? thank
what tires are you using?
Are ur links the high clearances links ?
Now you should invest in a GoPro camera to mount on the hood or roof
did you fab that back plate or did you buy it somewhere?
+humble rc Yep, I made it from the same .025 aluminum as the panels. Added a rubber grommet to allow the motor wires to get from the ESC. If you're not into making it, CarterFab and AMF have panels, I believe
cool thanks for the info. i ordered a set of front and rear plates, but they've been long in coming. plenty of folks make the front battery plate, but there aren't many solutions for the back, and that's where my esc is going to end up
Hi. What tires are those?
Erick Garcia they’re old school Pro-Line Chisels
What type of motor do you have in there. What turn??
It's a Tekin Pro Wound 45t
awesome thanks.
No music....THANK YOU!!!!!!
ok i was curious cause i have a 2wd traxxas slash
I've got one inthe works....
Check out my channel, I have about 16 or so RC's documented on my Channel. Never been into micro's but did some mini's (14th/16th/18th scale) for a while. My current project is a Losi SCTE/MIP kit
They are custom Aluminum side panels. I have a vid on it. Just bought some sheet alum, traced the stock panel and cut them out. Turned out pretty cool!
Thanks!
What motor are you running in it?
