Mark DeRidder Same here, but watching TWC was a treat, since my local cable provider did NOT feature The Weather Channel, and I lived in BFE Iowa, where the nearest Domino's Pizza was 40 miles away...but I did have my Super NES, though!!!! More time would have spent watching TWC, had I had it on my cable lineup. I have it now, but Satellite Local On The 8's was always boring to me!
I was 14 in 1997. Enjoyed that summer at Portage Lake in Pinckney Michigan, bowled a lot, did yard work for cash under the table, and enjoyed a rainy day in with video games here and there. Mario Kart 64 & NFL Blitz. Pizza from: Papa Romano's, Jet's, Domino's, Hungry Howie's, Little Caesar's, or Pizza Hut. Red Wings were between two Stanley Cup Championships and Michigan football would go 12-0 and win the AP National Championship! GREAT TIMES!
@@Vanadras yes Faygo pop! We got the name brands too occasionally but Faygo Rock & Rye was/is my jam. Love that they brought back Arctic Sun too! Arctic Sun was early 90s nostalgia.
