    I started crying when I saw this!! 😭😭 These tarts are my favorite thing in this whole world, and I thought I had to stop eating them forever being on keto. OMG bless all you girls that can bake out there, you have literally changed my life more than keto now. I'm so blessed to have found you... Thank you thank you!!!!

    I just ate one from whole foods that wasn't keto and I said," I'm sure I can find a keto recipe." And here you go and these look authentic!

    First of all I love your recipes and videos! Thank you! Parts of your video are without music, and frankly speaking: I would find it great if the whole video would be without music, or something very smooth and a silent backgroundmusic. It would be good for you too, because humans can hear much longer to things if they are neither too loud nor too fast.Because it is not such an overstimulation and distraction. And so the people will look more videos at once.

    Can I make the crust in a food processor or my kitchenaid instead? I think it would be a lot less work and much much faster to make and the buttter would get well distributed throughout easier i think. Just curious if you have used a food processor to make the dough? I know my mom has begun to use her kitchenaid for making her pie dough and she just loves how fast and easy it is. So thought someone else may benefit with that info. I tried making one other butter style crust and it took me forever to get it to the correct stage I am disabled and it exhausted me…lol! I got it done but I couldn’t believe how long it took me and realized that you must speed u the video quite a bit. Let me know your thoughts please I value your opinion and LOVE your recipes!!!! 🥰🙏🏻🇨🇦

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can use sour cream. But I am not sure about how it wd turn out with psyllium husk. You can actually add more coconut flour or use arrowroot powder as the thickener

    • @yvonnezheng821
      @yvonnezheng821 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lowcarbrecipeideas thank you, i thought the reason that you rise xanthan gum is for gluten the batter, but just for thickness, yes, coconut flour is a good choice, thanks again

    when you freeze the tart base batter where exactly do you put it and for how long? thank you

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I freeze the dough for 15 mins to make it firmer so that it's easier to work with. It can be anywhere in the freezer. After shaping the tarts, it also needs to go into the freezer for 15 minutes. This is basically to harden the dough so that the butter will not leak easily during baking. You can also put in the fridge but the timing needs to be longer.

    As I have a nut allergy, the almond flour presents a bit of a problem for me....hehe. How easy would it be to substitute coconut flour or other low carb flour? Really would like to try making these.

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can make with this coconut flaxseed crust. It wd not be as crispy as the almond flour version but it's a good alternative;

      Claro! Pero tenes que disminuir la cantidad de líquido si no, no lograrás que espese lo suficiente como para manguear la crema el la tarteleta.

    So,240g flour can make 28 tarts?

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As mentioned in the full written recipe at the description box, 240g almond flour can make 12 to 14 x 3" tarts. But if you like the crusts thicker then you will get lesser tarts.
